They would not stay in my ears, no matter which position I put them in. I'd have to readjust every couple minutes before one fell out, which was aggravating. On top of that, some genius decided to place a 3d representation of the JLabs symbol on the bud itself, the part made of rubber that goes in your ear. So any wax in your ear will stick in between the grooves of it, making it look perpetually dirty. I can't complain too much about the sound. Nothing spectacular, and for the price that wasn't an issue. The sound being passable is the only reason this didn't get 1 star.

I had to change to a larger size to fit my ears. I get a lot of complaints when talking on the phone. The volume is low to person on the other line. Other than that these are good for the price. I plan to get family members some for Chrsitmas.

Great value earbuds

I can easily get the playtime that it says and the case is small and sleek. I also like the extra buds and that you can use the earbuds independently. My only issue is that when you charge the case the light turns green as soon as it hits 25% charge so you could end up with less battery time. But it still lasts quite a while.

But as far as $20 earbuds go the quality is great and they work very well and we haven't had any problem with them breaking or not charging.

Honestly, its priced perfectly for what I needed it for. I'm always on the phone and need to be handless so if I lose charge on my galaxy buds+ these jlabs work fine.
