I gave these as a Christmas gift and they seem to really like them! Not sure on the actual audio quality but I liked these much better than others I saw in store.

It looses it's connectivity too often and it's volumen is not equalized sometimes. Their microphone is not that good, sometime you have to scream to be heard.

Posted .Hi there, are you using a device with Bluetooth 5.0? With 5.0 you should have 30 feet of range. We suggest trying with a device with Bluetooth 5.0 to see if there is a difference. -JLab
