Sound volume is low depending on source. For example some YouTube videos/audio plays louder than some apple music songs and videos. Great that it has actual touch features that more expensive ones don’t have. with that said you will never forget that these are cheap- but they will do do until you are confident enough to spend some real money on earbuds.

I own two pairs(purple and black) and my husband has two(blue and black). I did have one pair go out on me but was able to get them replaced with the warranty. If you’re someone who loses your earbuds a lot and doesn’t want to invest in something expensive these are great
