Sound level jumps suddenly

The sound level jumps all the way up very suddenly, even when sitting perfectly still. They will also skip tracks, pause, etc. without being given input to do so. We have another pair that doesn't do this, so it seems to be a malfunction with this pair. The fit and sound quality is very good aside from these flaws, but unfortunately, these things make them unusable, particularly since the sudden increase to max volume is dangerous and quite painful.

This is the main reason I will be returning them. But other (minor) dislikes are: the complex taps (1, 2, or 3; tap or holding for 1-3 secs; left or right... are all factors) are hard to remember... the sound is not great for music... it's fiddly to remove the earbuds from the charging pod.

Even better because of the extremely affordable price. These are not Samsung Buds or Apple pods, but for 1/4 to 1/8 of the price, they are a great buy. I use these while at work and they preform beautifully. I can use them with the phone while in the machine and can hear and be heard. I will/would be buying again if needed.
