The product was hard to stay in my ear and there was an issue with connectivity. There seems no way to turn up volume. I was not impress with battery life.

I recently bought the skullcandy ones and she tried mine then hers and prefers hers. The fit is better doesnt hurt her ears. Only downside is the quality of sound isnt at skullcandy level but still really good.

You can listen to music or talk on the phone on one or both of them. A small indicator light shows up for each when charging too.

The main problem was the earpiece would just stop working during a phone conversation. Others could hear me but I could not hear them and had to disconnect and reconnect to get audio back. I also wasn’t a fan of the touch button, I prefer something more tactile that you press and can feel click in response. I would hang up on people or start playing music by tapping it incorrectly. I don’t know that they are necessarily a bad item but it didn’t work out for me.
