I needed some backup headphones, these served their purpose. For the price (sale) they’re not bad earbuds, but the sound quality is fair at best. At first the call and volume controls were hard to get used to but that worked itself out. I’d probably still buy the same backup brand, but I’d pick a better version.

I’ve been wanting some Bluetooth earbuds for sometime and really didn’t want to splurge on something that I know would hurt my ears. I’ve never had a problem with JLab headphones before and decided to give these a try. They are worth it. No, these don’t have the function to talk, but as headphones, they do the job. I have t charged them in a few days and when I use them, it still says battery full. The headphones stay in place by magnets built into the buds and case.

Not bad for the money. Difficult to turn volume up and down for the most part.

Wow! Surprised by these. I had low expectations because of the price. Not as featured as the more expensive products, does everything we need them to do.

My daughter loves these. I like the new design with the lid. She had the other model without the lid and would always lose one.

For the price, you cannot beat these earbuds! I've had them a little over a month and use them specifically at the gym and when I run outside. They stay in my ears very well and do not fall out.

They do not stay in my ears. I cannot walk anywhere without them falling out. I cannot even sit still without them falling out. The battery life is not good. The only positive is the sound is adequate. I wished I return them during my return window.

Just what my daughter wanted for her new phone since you have to have Bluetooth earphones now.

Good. Love the color of them. Not really made for me ear or my sons ears but they are nices tho

Purchased 07/2020 & was excited for my first pair of earbuds. I purchased what seems to be the lower priced of this company’s earbuds. I will share the end result: I gave them away and purchased a different brand costing $100+ The Jlab main issues are: Its too sensitive to touch! You adjust the buds and each time they activate a change of some sort; it calls or pauses or changes song or volume. They should (hint hint) have so you can at least feel a click On the bud. The other main issue is they are NOT at all loud. The only time I would really recommend these is if you are in a room and don’t want people to hear the tv or your music. I would not suggest for kids under 8. In the end, they are good buds for home use; not workout not running not walking the dog, etc but yes to being at home Bluetooth to your tv when everyone’s asleep or working on the lap top; they are perfect for not too loud so if someone is trying to get your attention... The Jlab customerservice only has email only and no 800# (Disclaimer: I see there are other prices for this brand but the tapping of the bud every time i adjusted and the volume wasn’t loud was it for me.)

Battery life is good, the connection style is interesting, and the price was good since I was in a pinch for money and time, but the sound quality leaves a bit to be desired. I do like how they turn on when pulled from the charging case.

They work perfect but it took some time for my devices to find them via Bluetooth.

Bought for my daughter as an alternative to AirPods and she loves it. Works well with her iPhone.

Great quality loved the colors it came in. Volume is good and very easy to charge and no extra wires which is a very good thing. Simple product and very good.

These are so great that I ended up buying like 5,6 pairs for the whole family. The best part has to be this sleek and beautiful tiny case, from the looks no one would say these are cheap earbuds. The sound is great, if you're not getting a good punch, try changing the equalizer by triple tapping on the ear bud. For the price you can't go wrong with these. Also the magnetic closing on the packaging was a great touch and make them feel premium.
