Unbelievable that in 2025 you didn't see what you are manufacturing you literally have to use the plyers i think i am not kidding its not that its stuck it has no grip to easily take it out. The audio quality is whatever . don't believe me give it a try and see for yourself.

After about an hour after taking them out they're dead again. Also, controls are complicated, 1 tap is volume bur 2 & 3 taps have different functions for each side.

Connection isn’t always seamless. Sound quality is good and they are quite comfortable. I definitely think I just need more time to get used to them
