I like that they charge in the case. I have small ear canals & these fit well, no soreness. My only complaint is it can be difficult to see the L & R but I solved this by putting a red dot on the case & R earbud with permanent marker. Buttons take a little getting used to. No connection issues, works great. Will be purchasing another pair for my daughter.

The controls are spotty and I often struggle to get the volume button to work as shown in the instructions. It was not comfortable using it and I just went back to the LG headset I've been using before.
