Can control volume from touch, change song, play/pause, and the best part is it has 3 different EQ settings. I usually use the base boost setting

After using them for over 3 months I am not satisfy with the product
1) I use them at the gym
2) They start beeping randomly, and continue to beep in the background.
3) Video/audio pause by itself while using these headphones
4) Fitting is terrible.
5) I usually don't sweat much but they stop working with little bit of sweat
6) Sound quality is average
7) Randomly change Pre-Set base setting
I had tried every thing like make sure battery is fully charge, keep them clean, reset the bluetooth connection with the phone.

Hi there, we are extremely sorry about this! As always we have a two-year warranty on all Bluetooth products and would be able to exchange for a new set for any manufacturer issues. Please contact our customer support team for help. -JLab

The product is ok. I am not impressed because it does not reduce background noise. I tried to downoad the app to see if I can access this setting and the app did not work to sync with the device.

•The right earbud kept making weird random sounds and it would cut out.
•The three different sound modes is a neat idea but two of them sounded relatively similar. I understand what they were going for but mehhh.
•It was very quiet in comparison to other earbuds. I had to turn it up almost all the way up to hear anything and when it was going to tell you it was low on battery the beep BLASTS in your ear lol
•It has a small, nearly unnoticeable, delay when watching videos. I noticed it when trying to learn a choreography.
I went back to “5 and Below” to earbuds there that are better for $8. They have shown to be better. Until I have enough money to buy a really good one that will probably be $100+
