    The JL Lab ear pods would not connect via Bluetooth to my iphone 11. When I occasionally got them to work they sounded great but if I let them disconnect, they would not reconnect. I had to Forget them in settings and try for 10-15 minutes to reconnect them. What a pain. Especially since the JVC black true wireless one worked perfectly. No I have to send them to the maker to get them replaced. Best Buy is great with everything except the 14 day return policy
