I had trouble keeping them in my ears. I kept feeling like they were going to fall out. I ended up buying earbuds that were much more expensive but were worth the price. They gave me inserts for the earbuds for small medium and large canals and outer ear, where the buds were stabilized. I returned these after only a couple days use.

Great for calls not so much for music

Does take some getting used too, but haven't had any issues. Can charge them 1x every 3-4 Days and sue them for a few hours daily. Great product.

They don’t stay in place and I was disappointed. But I’m glad Best Buy accepts returns. I only tried using it once and was disappointed. I’m glad I was able to return and buy my regular earphones.
