I have tried every Troubleshoot step advised and they still aren’t pairing at the same time.

A happy medium between affordable and quality.

There are definitely some short-comings, but I expect this when I am not paying near or over $100. These headphones are overall very nice, and definitely worth it for the price. The areas where I would say that these fall short is in audio quality, and I would prefer to have a case that fully shuts. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase and it suits my needs for listening to ASMR at bedtime.

They don't always disconnect when you place them on the charging case. Additionally they don't fit great however they are a value priced earbuds for those who don't want to make the hefty investment of airpods.
