Sound is awesome and can be used simultaneously cell phone and PC! Charge lasts 40 plus hours, light weight and easy to follow simple directions.

Good sound but poor structural design let to break

However, the right earpiece broke off after about a year of daily use. There is a seam right at the bottom of a screwed-on panel along the inside of the headband, and this seam apparently created a weak spot where stress eventually weakened and broke the plastic. I see a number of other reviews mentioning the same problem.

Still a little pressure but can be adjusted with metal covered with cushion headpiece

The JLab Go Work on-Ear Headset is my life-saving tool! I love how crystal clear I can hear everything and the 45hours of hands-free work is all I can ask! Great headphones

We were given some cheap pair of headphones in which an upgraded was needed. I got these models, works well, battery does last long, charges quick, and they are comfortable to wear. So far no issues on this model.

Mute button a must

The tip on the mouthpiece broke apart, so I needed a replacement pair immediately. So, I purchased the second pair. However, when I contacted J lab about the warranty, I was guided through the process, and they send me a new pair. So now I have a back up.... Love them
