Choice to pick up at the American Dream mall store was great-EASY parking. Communication about order being ready and ease of checkout was GREAT!

Left ear bud is not working

I follow the instructions but still is not working. I've made a bad purchase, and I've already change it for another model because they didn't fit my ears. The worst is that now after 1 week is cheaper than the price I paid, still not worthy.

I have my hands free to do whatever I need to for work. Sounds great and blocks some noise.
