    These earbuds come out your ear all the time. Still trying to fit them to my ears without them coming out all the time

    I lost my first set and was devastated! I purchased a second set and the right side wouldn't work; the customer service rep was amazingly helpful. I told him that I would have to drive over an hour to return them to a Best Buy store and he processed the order for me and I received a label to return the defective product. I am well-pleased. I love the sound and quality of these!

    Worth the money I paid for it... long battery life but can be charged fast using the case.. Had to remove the fin from the earbud it it can fit my ear.

    Great set of headphones, they really sound clear. Only thing is they slip out sometime but so far so good

    I don’t use earbuds that often, but I really like these. The sound is great and think the built in EQ settings are a real plus
