Great sound but very, very bad eartips quality not staying in your ears. I have tried all sizes and the cloud foam eartips not good. Poor made eartips. Maybe around the ear arm or something.

First off i use to buy Jlab buds back in the day but the issue is one side always had lower sound so after an few years i buy these, These sound so good but seem to have an issue the volume automatically lowers on the left side and in order to fix it i had to turn them on and off, I have the galaxy s10 plus and iphone xs max and they do the same theing, I called Jlab and the guy who picked up the phone was rude as hell stay away from anything jlab these are trash while jlab it self is trash

I like these very much. First ones I have ever owned with my iPhone. Helpful when I am busy and want to listen to radio while I work. Rarely use both buds. Usually just in right ear. Can move pretty far from phone and still get good reception. Very clear quality.

Work ok. Seem to have issues where they try to work as individual devices vs a set and resetting is not easy and entails a bit of luck

My 2nd pair of buds, upgraded to the executives because I deserved it! But they are great, only have to charge the case every so often depending on use, and with a full charge the buds last 5-7 hours! Love them! Microphone is great for calls too, no issues!

They are good headphones and have a nice feature where when you pull them away they stop the music or playback. I love that and how I can tap the head phones to interface with it. Only thing I don't like is that I can't go back in the tracks like I was able to with the previous versions.

At first, these earbuds were working really well. Then the disconnects happened and continued to happen to a point where they were no longer worth using. Very disappointing.
