    JLab JBuds Air aren't very loud. If you are in a noisy place you won't be able to hear the music, or hear anyone on a phone call. Works good if you out walking but using a vacuum cleaner the volume is very low.

      Hi there, you may find that the sound is better when you try different ear tips, give them a slight twist when placing in your ear, and switch between EQ settings.
