When inserting the earbuds into your ears ther touch control gets tapped alot therefore causing the phone to hang up.

They had good reviews (and bad ones), but the bad ones sounded more like one-off problems. I went into the local Best Buy and picked up a pair and they work Great. I haven't found anything wrong with the. Biggest thing; they stay in-place!
