BestBuy's return window is only 15 days and the JLab's warranty website throws an error when returning. Overall, a really bad experience.

Right earbud always quits.

The right side just quits a minute or two into me putting them in, even if the battery is full. EVERY time. I can reconnect them usually, and get another couple minutes of listening before it quits on me again. But for the price I paid, I expect a much higher quality product.

They have great stand alone battery life, and a carrying case they automatically charge in that has a battery life of over 30 hours. The only challenge was positioning them in my ear without activating the touch control on the end of the unit. You can wear them both for full stereo sound or just one if you need to keep an "ear open". But they also have a setting that allows the passthrough/amplificaton of ambient sounds which is a big plus if you're using them in an environment (bike riding?) where you need to hear what's going on around you. They are sweat proof and come with 4 didferent size tips to fit your ear. The built in retainer hook adds a lot of security for active lifestyles.
I would recommend this to a friend Left bud stopped working.
