So many other products have painless set that, it seems downright insulting and deliberate that the set up is so painful. The plastic is hard and uncomfortable and unresponsive.

Supposed to be moisture resistant, but can only assume it was from perspiration. Would not come back on or charge, and kept cycling through the songs on my playlist every few seconds.
