    They won't pair with my phone there is not much to say expect they won't pair with my phone

    I would pick something else if looking for value bluetooth headphones. Sound was not very loud and they hurt my ears. I returned these.

    Right Headphone wont charge

    Worked well for two runs. Second run I accidentally enabled the “awareness mode” which sounds like a hot mic while the wind hits it. Turned it off and put it on the charger. Now the right headphone wont charge which means it wont turn on, which means it wont pair to the other head phone, and therefore no useable headphones. It’s been on the charger multiple times and now I have to try the warranty process with the manufacturer. Wish me luck.

    Bought these in store, there's a weird static sounds when using the enhanced hearing mode. Also the battery doesn't last as long as advertised.

    The sound isn't loud when listening to music. When talking it's ok but could be louder. Hurts my ear if in ear to long.

    You can hear all outside noises. And if you are on the phone people hear noise in the background. I will be returning these

      Hi there, in your product package you will find 3 different size tips, try out each and find the one that best fits. Then, when placing the buds in your ear give them a slight twist away from your face. The proper fit is key to a great listening experience. However if you feel like your headphones are oddly quiet please reach out to our support team.       Hi there, please try troubleshooting to pair both earbuds together.
      1. Put the earbuds inside of their charging case
      2. Unpair them from your Bluetooth device.
      3. While in the case, tap each earbud sensor 4x quickly, one at a time
      4. Take both buds out of the case keeping them within 2 inches of each other
      6. Pair them to your device's Bluetooth. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    These headphones are garbage.

    Don't waste your money on this things. I bought a pair in January, they started to give me problems during the first use. Every time I sweat, they stop working. About a month in, the left ear can only keep a charge up to 30 to 60% and will die 2 minutes into my work outs. Long story short, I had to return them for a refund.

    I can only have one on at the same time because they give an effect of being in a tunnel. I'm not a big fan.
