    Melted while on charge got super hot and just delformed probably were about to explode. This is very bad and dangerous. 2nd one to have same issue. Never buying again its cheaper then when it was first introduced but quality is very low and cheap never had that happened to anything i purchased.

    Was so excited to buy these after my coworker told me about them. They overheated during charging and are useless. Very cheap.

    Torturous On The Ears

    I lost my umpteenth pair of bluetooth earbuds and was looking to be a bit more thrifty with my purchase. I read reviews, did my research, I thought I was in for a treat getting these earbuds for $24.99, so I trotted out to Best Buy where, even better, they were on sale for $19.99! The packaging was small, and everything promised in the online description was in it. All that was left to do would be plugging them into my ears and see if they pass the required tests in order to be my new set of headphones. The test is simple, consisting of only two categories, the sound and reception on the other end for a phone call, and do they pass the test of sounding full and good when listening to music. Phone - Immediately was told by my wife that it sounded like I was in a tunnel. Odd frequency cackles from the headset would burst into my eardrums for a millisecond then vanish, and the caller on the other was barely audible. I called my brother to get the next opinion and he immediately said "I think I lost you or am losing you." Fail Now for the sound quality - The pieces provided to customize the buds don't actually fit well in my ear, but I managed a snug plug in after messing with it for a minute. The sound quality, you ask? Fail part 2. Imagine having your ears plugged by two 1970's AM transistor radios, making that same frequency glitch into my ears from time to time, with a constant noticeable hiss in the background, topped off with little to no bass, and all treble. Meghan Trainor would return them, and I am following her lead.

    Comfortable headphones with bad audio quality.

    These headphones hiss and have no bass. I tried them on and was pleased that they were fully charged, paired with my phone immediately, and were very light and comfortable. That was the last time I was pleased. I tried them both with and without the built-in bass-enhancement mode, and in flat mode there was literally no low end at all. In addition, the headphones hissed white noise loudly whenever they were playing audio. You could hear it shut off about a second after active playback started. I was very disappointed, because they were fine for phone conversations but completely useless for enjoying music. It's a shame, because they were very comfy in my ear. I can only recommend this product if you need Bluetooth earphones but hate music and wish you knew what it was like to have tinnitus.

    if you're on a really tight budget and don't mind the occasional buzzing..(happens alot) then these are right for you. sound quality: decent, no heavy bass drops! (if thats what you're looking for) build quality: decent i've had them for a couple weeks now and toss them everywhere....so far still holding up mic quality: complete and utter failure. you have to literally hold the mic in front of your mouth and scream so it can actually pick up anything. When it actually picks up your voice, it sounds like youre miles away from the microphone in a large ballroom. (i have 2 pairs of these and they're the same on the mic.) as for the battery life........more like 5 1/2 hours i would avoid these at all cost.

    Tried to save a buck, got burned.

    These are some of the worst headphones I’ve used, and I go through many, as I use them for work. Sound quality of calls was awful, I’d have to stop what I was doing and put my phone on speaker so my caller could hear me. Music quality was okay, it has a 3 step eq system which I couldn’t discern any changes between the settings. Ended up returning them. They would often disconnect, but still be registered as connected, and the two stage ear cup placement was a better idea than an actual thing. The cup would almost always go to the shallow fit notch, but I needed these for sound deadening, so the shallow fit wasn’t an option.

    I usually don't review bad items, as I am usually satisfied by customer service. But these were a piece of garbage. I used them about 5 times in the 31 days I had them, and then the day after the return period is up, they just don't turn on at all. It could be that I got sweat in them, but I followed all procedures described in the online manual. For the return, the policy is to mail them at my own expense, let them inspect them, then they will possibly issue a store credit. Considering it will take probably a month for all this to happen, I'd rather take my 10 minutes and warn everyone else that these aren't worth the tiny price. Spend a little more money on something better.

    I’ve had these head phones less than 25 days and they won’t turn on or work at all. Won’t even charge anymore. Waste of money don’t buy

    Sound goes soft in 30 sec cycles.

    Sound goes soft in 30 second cycles. Every 30 seconds the volume completely cuts out to the lowest level, then slow rises up to the volume I set them at, and 30 seconds later goes quiet again. I have never seen this behavior in a bluetooth device. If they worked I would give them 5 stars. If they wanted a beta tester they could have paid me $20 instead. Also, I own 3 of these. Blue/gray, black, pink/gray, The pink one's do the same thing. Only the black one's come with the cable synch, if that's what it is.

    These wireless headphones were well-priced, comfortable, and I was able to charge them, but then they would never synch with my iPhone! I would like to return but can't find the receipt.

    DO NOT BUY if you expect to receive the "Collar Clip" and the 2nd set of Cush Fins shown in the product image. Guy at store told me the image is wrong! [And this assumes the set you receive will actually have all its add-ons... the first set they shipped to me was missing even more than just the clip and fins!

    Dead within 2 months

    These worked fine for maybe 3 weeks. I wear them every day to run, and after about 3-4 weeks one of the ears started giving static fuzz & crackling. Another month later, the electronics have completely died. The red "charging" light will come on (sometimes) while the earbuds are plugged in (they must not actually be charging, because the light stays red for hours) but the power button won't turn the earbuds on.

    I once purchased JLab headphones that I didn't like but these were different styles so I figured I would give them another shot. And I was disappointed yet again. I don't understand for the life of me what people like about this company. Their products are cheaply made and they just don't sound good. That's just my opinion but honestly I don't understand what people enjoy about this company.

    Got these to use for work. They do fit and feel great but the problem is connectivity. They worked fine the first few days but that was about it. Constantly losing connection. If I take a call on them they disconnect as well. Now they won't even charge. Matter of fact, they have been on the charger for 2 days( 8-2-17/8-4-17) and they are still dead. Contacted Jlab and I will be sending them in for a replacement.

    I don't even know why I fell for these unassuming, objectively bad set of headphones, the controls are bad, the mike is way up your chin and really have to put it to your mouth in order to sound clearly to the other person on a call, there are points where I just listen to the left earbud and hold the right one in my hand to speak properly in the mic. Would have returned if I hadn't thrown away the packaging

    So we bought these headphones almost a year ago, but my husband never really used them much until now. As a driver for his job he has to be hands free, well today while connected to his phone (not in use at the time but connected) the bulky piece got so hot around his neck that he was burned. This is extremely dangerous especially for someone that is driving. Very disappointed because now we have to find him something else.

    This the second JLab audio set I bought. First one lasted only few months. Second one broke down within a month. I would not recommend this product due to poor build quality. First the charging light went out. Then no longer could power on the device. Same happen to my previous product. Ration is “0” stars. Would never buy Jlab again.

    Poor sound quality. Poor volume. Poor control. The volume dongle is so heavy it pulls the earbud out of your ear. Trash if you use it when active. Don't buy. Very disappointed. Too late for me to return though. I should have. I'm a pretty busy guy though.
