Overall this is a very good product. The finger loops are much better than cheap pop sockets but given the size of phones now (I have Iphone XS Max) it's still hard to reach to say the top left corner of your phone. It lays fairly flat and doesn't add much to the width of the phone. The wrapping arms are great to hold up somewhere or lean back on a surface for an angled video and quite frankly one of the best designed tools out there. As for the tripod adapter, it works but feels flimsy again for these larger phones and I would worry about using it somewhere like a theme park or where I would move the phone around a lot.
