I really loved the sturdiness and the absolute flexibility of this tripod. It's great for smaller gear. I did end up returning mine only because the legs weren't long enough for some of the wrap-around things I wanted to do with it. The extra couple inches between this one and the original Gorilla Pod made a difference for me. But if the shorter legs are good for you, I would absolutely recommend this!

Love this tripod! It’s sturdy and easy to position. It is perfect to use with my iPhone as well as with my wife's Samsung Galaxy S23. Fits perfectly in my travel bag.

This is the best tripod I've used for a webcam. It provides plenty of positioning options and it doesn't break with use. I've been using this for the past year and it's still working very well.

It was very easy set up just the right size and very stable.

very easy to use you can make it hug almost anything so you can film. just be careful not to bend the tripod's legs too hard because otherwise you will take them apart. the phone holder unscrews very easily from the tripod but nothing that matters a lot if you don't mind screwing it up every time.

Bought this tripod to replace a similar tripod that broke. Love the versatility of this item. I wrap it around my arm on hikes to keep my camera near but hands free. The tripod is very sturdy... the legs are extremely stiff, this keeps the camera in place where ever I put it.

I used to have static fancy old mini tripod and it broke while I was driving ATV so I decided to buy this product and now I don’t have to worry anymore because it’s so sturdy and can be hooked into rods or handle bars and keeping my phone safe and secured.

While I initially bought it to use with my GoPro Hero 5 Session camera, I found that it was great for my DSLR as well for handheld video shots. I can wrap the legs around my wrist and it makes for a fairly stable shot.

I got this tripod for my daughter for her Canon EOS which is slightly bigger than a GX7 and it holds it up not wobbly at all and it’s pretty useful you can even attach it to where you want it and it’s handy for traveling or public uses. Great purchase

This is one of the best purchases ever! Easy to use and perfect for on the go because its small and lightweight. Love that you can easily change the direction of your phone from vertical to horizontal.

Great Tripod. You bought this to use for my Public Speaking class. It was easy to use, sturdy, and easy to lock my phone in. It was a little stiff when taken out of the box. However, after a few usages it was more flexible.

GorillaPod 1K kit comes with Ballhead and 1K Stand. I feel the design is very solid and the color is improved for the GorillaPod hybrid. Joby has made solid equipment before and I'm glad I'm jumping into Joby now with the new line of 1k, 3k, and 5k. I will review this again after I have at least a month of testing. yjis joby gorilla pod is really great, i found it very easy to put together it is wonderful , it is very good on any surface, the three movable legs are easy to move to any position, its a great gaget

Easy to throw in a bag and carry around for situations that might need a tripod like night shots and long exposures. Attaches to most anything and will support a compact DSLR, phone or action camera

Okay so at first, I couldn’t justify spending $50 on a small tripod when Amazon has so many cheaper and still great quality options. Buuuut, one day I was forced to get this (needed a tripod that day) and I actually fell in love! You can honestly ‘feel’ the money spent through the incredible quality. I keep my Canon G7x on it, I can hold only one leg with the camera and remaining legs at the end and it won’t bend or move. It’s extremely sturdy and strong, and at times almost made me question my own arm strength. The swivel ball mechanism comes loose sometimes but that could also be in part user error! Overall super great tripod!

I bought this Joby to use with my Camera and Go pro and it does a wonderful job. It holds everything in place, plus with the rubber feet I know it's not going anywhere, Also being able to wrap it around different things is awesome, I LOVE THIS TRIPOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live this tripod - it was perfect for all the Zoom meetings while having to stay at home. Left my hands free to stay in the conversation while taking notes or simply to keep the camera focused while talking to others. Highly recommend !
