Customers are saying

Customers often highlight the GorillaPod SLR-Zoom and Ballhead Bundle's portability, light weight, and compact size as significant advantages. Many appreciate its high-quality construction. However, some users express concerns about the included ball head's stability and ease of use, suggesting potential improvements in this area. Overall, the positive feedback on portability and quality outweighs the negative comments regarding the ball head.

I really like this tripod. Use it often. Only drawback is it’s a little bulky and not the best for single handed use. Need big hands.

This little tripod is a fantastic investment. Portable and rugged it makes taking family photos easier. When we go places, I don't want to carry around a larger tripod. The adjustable legs allow me to secure it to objects, like our stroller and set the timer.

GorillaPod is the leader in the field for camera mount accessories of this type. It's well-built, rugged, reasonably priced and a "must" for all serious photographers who want to be prepared when the moment calls for the ability to take photos in this manner.

Chose this over the Gorillapod Focus Camera Tripod for now. I went to the local Best Buy store and price match their on product as they had different pricing on their website. Light and portable and just find creative ways to use this tripod. Glad that I purchased it!

This tripod is the perfect size for travel and on the go, it's surprising sturdy also getting the one with the ballhead is worth it because it allows for so many more angles to shoot from. I use this with my sony mirrorless Alfa series camera and it's perfect.

I have been using the tripod for several weeks, and so far i love it. The tripod is very sturdy and feels durable, however, there are several complaints of the joints loosening up. Accordingly, I will update this review if I have any problems in the future.

I bought this for my trip to Hong Kong, it worked great until it one of the joints broke. Since it was still within the return period I exchanged it at Best Buys great customer service. Held up my Sony A6500 with 18-200mm Lens, which I think together was 3.8lbs. I was able to use it in the most unleveled and worst place for a normal tripod.

I have really enjoyed using the Gorillapod. It's very compact and easy to take on trips with me and you can almost always find a way to position it. It is very flexible. I use it with my Sony A7 camera, and it holds it without any problems.

It could hold my 5D MK IV with my EF100-400mm L II (a giant lens) with no problem on a bookshelf, just need to make sure you twist the legs enough, but it is strong and can hold heavy camera + lenses, of course, don't over do it.

Awesome technology, just wrap the legs to existing objects and now you have a tripod and don't have to lug around a huge tripod. Mine did not come with the adapter, I emailed Joby and they sent me a new one. The ball technology is great, you can flip the camera around and use the bubble level to verify you are level.

Definitely a good buy! Durable and sturdy compared to cheaper brand. This pod was able to hold my Sony A6500 tightly in place and the Ballhead that came with the pod was a plus as well. When tilted, the pod and Ballhead stayed firmly in place.
