I find this product lightweight and durable with a great price

I was in Best Buy looking for a Joby tripod that would work with my iPhone, when I saw this product. I already had the camera tripod, so by picking up this little accessory, I didn't have to buy a whole new tripod and saved a few bucks. It works great! Only thing I would advise is that you have a case on your phone (especially the 6 or 7). With those round, smooth edges, they are a little slick and can slide around a bit.

Well I was looking for a camera mount for my tripod in general I needed something a little more compact. And this one fit the bill perfectly. I can keep it in my bag for easy transport and pull it out and it snaps into place with minimal effort. Or use an iPhone 7 Plus with a case in this camera mount has no problem holding onto it.

This is a handy, compact little gadget that works just as I hoped it would. It attaches to my gorilla tripod and holds my iPhone steady to take a photo. I gave it four, rather than five stars only because I'm not sure of its durability. Reviews I read before purchasing indicated the plastic had a tendency to break near the screw that holds it to the plate, so I'm using it cautiously with that in mind. I would trust it more if it was made of metal, but find it serves the purpose at a reasonable price.

Bought this to hold my iPhone 6 Plus (and my new iPhone 7 Plus) to Facebook live stream for our church's modern worship service. It is little but the quality is great and it fits my large phone perfectly and grips it tight. There is no fear of this mount letting go of my phone. It is pretty solid. It can be removed or folded up at the top of your tripod when you are not using it. If you are looking for that perfect, cheap phone holder for your tripod, this is it! I highly recommend it!

This is very well-made and portable. I attach it to a camera mini-tripod and use it to hold my smartphone when it sits on a desk. This could always hold a camera as well. The phone can be positioned vertically or horizontally. I recommend this product. There is also a version of this product that comes with a small tripod. Best Buy was out of that model at the time. This particular accessory is designed for large smartphones. There is a model that is designed to hold smaller phones as well.

At 1st I bought it so I could take an selfie shot for an employment request for the HR dept, but - after I was finished with that I now use it on my desk with my small camera tripod to hold my cell phone at a perfect height so I can watch TV on my cell phone at home while working at my PC. Like a hand in glove ... :-)

Great quick, and easy backup portable iPhone holder to have in the car at all times. Tiny, folds flat, takes up very little room. You just never know when you need one. And of course, don't forget your tripod.

I probably wouldn't trust it to hold my phone on a snowmobile, but anywhere you can use a tripod or a gorilla grip this works. Lightweight, stores easily in a pocket, attaches to any tripod that has a threaded (1/4 - 20) attachment.

We use this Smartphone holder with a tripod so we can do Facebook Live telecasts. Easy to use and holds the phones tight. Used it with iPhone 7 and an Android Phone. No issues and it works great.

Very easy to record using my phone, a tripod and this. Holds a smart phone securely. Folds up nicely so I can throw it in a bag or in my pocket. Does need the tripod or some type of 'legs' - it doesn't stand on its own.

Easy to set up and connect to a galaxy Note 4. I also attached a Arca-Swiss quick connect plate to this device for easy tripod attachment. It folds up nicely to fit in my gadget bag.
