As a newbie to using stabilizers. This wasn't the easiest device to use. Sometimes it turns to a strange position after start up. Have to turn it off then back on to get in to the correct position. Watching other reviews, I have to agree on the length of the handle. Holding it and trying to use the controls gets tricky when my hand starts sweating. The Joby app is questionable. At first it didn't look right as the publisher's name is in Chinese. Then noticed all Joby apps are like that. Once using the app, it is a tad cumbersome. Trying to make adjustments on the screen while the phone is attached to the stabilizer. Once I got used to using it, the product is seems to work pretty well. Wish it is weather resistant though.

I had to make a video tour of my preschool classroom since Covid shut down in-house tours and I wanted it to look somewhat professional (my hands aren’t that steady). I never used an item like this before but it was easy to get used to it after awhile of practicing. I feel it was good value for what it’s capable of.

It worked great on older/ smaller model iPhones but it does not work with the newer and larger models so I had to return !

Easy to use and the price was good compared to other stabilizer products in the market. The carrying case is a nice part of the package which allows for safe handling. Would definitely recommend this product to capture great content.

This was hard to figure out how to use at first, but once you got the calibration set up correctly, it worked great.

For the price that I paid, I was floored at how well this stabilizer works. The quality of my video footage has increased dramatically!

It is probably great for the price point. I wish it were a bit more solid feeling, but it’s giving me the ability to get content that make it look like i actually have a small budget, when my budget is actually non-existent. The technique takes a bit to get a firm grip on...

I heard good about this Gimbal, but it is not fit for Iphone 11 pro max.

I'm still learning how to control it. Sometimes it has a mind of it's own but mostly works great and is very smooth.

It’s ok not like what I have seen people using it gets hot also.

Very easy to use with the smart stabilizer app on my Samsung phone.

Works fine but a little complicated for a novice user. Instructions for app aren't included.
