Defective Item, had to return

It seems this is brand new and they still need to work out some kinks, unfortunately, because the one I received would not function properly. The joystick kept changing direction opposite of what I would press on, while some of the button functions would not respond and the trigger was already loose and not working. I may buy it again to give it another chance.

Love this gimbal!

So I use pro video instead and it's amazing! Glad I went back to the store and bought this one again!

Waste of money

It’s difficult to use, it vibrates randomly when I’m using it, thus ruining my video, and the video I took with it came out sideways. I’m extremely dissatisfied. What a waste of $70!

Great in theory

Terrible Product

Recorded a 3hr show.. and because of the APP not working and the over jitteriness of the motors, NOT A SINGLE MINUTE OF MY FOOTAGE WAS SAVED! HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! Save your self the headache, spend the extra $20 and just get the DJI OSMO!! I am a big JOBY enthusiast, which is what makes me so upset with how awful and overpriced this stabilizer is.
