I absolutely love this movie! Finally, a long overdue role for Keanu Reeves that may be his finest to date. Along with family and friends, I agree that if next part is as good as this one, then he has proven himself as an actor once again. The gun play, action and violence are stupendous to watch, all while the soundtrack is wonderful. I cannot wait for Part 2 to come out!

This movie was amazing, Keanu still has it. Say what you will about acting style and whatnot but this wasn't made to be a Academy Award contender. Just a new style of action with a great story that makes you feel for the protagonist. Definitely recommended. Got it on sale for a good price and the blu-ray bare bones version is just that and just what I was looking for.

The John Wick movies are great entertainment for the action genre crowd. It won’t appeal to everyone as there isn’t much to the storylines and they are very violent. They do have a wide variety of actors and the mystique of The Continental is quite interesting and a cool part of the story. It’s a little bit like watching the old Dirty Harry films from the 1970’s with less storyline, more action, and a lot of flair. If you like this, you will like the Cinemax series Banshee with Antony Starr.

Must See movie. John Wick is one of those action films which that defines a genre. While the reality of the combat may be argued by the combat cogniscenti, the quality of the characterization, the plot and the action raised the bar to such an extent it is hard to find an equal. If you enjoy action movies and you've never watched this movie, you're wrong.

I ordered John Wick and I could pick it up the same day at my local store. I ordered online because when I went to the Best Buy in Green Bay there were no Blu Ray copies of John Wick and no one in the store wanted to help me. When I went to the store for the pick up, there still werent any copies of John Wick Blu Rays. Why would you have copies in the back but not in the front of the store?

When I first heard about this movie I seriously asked, who green lit a movie about some guy killing a bunch of people because they killed his pet? Then I watched the movie and of course it is a more complicated story than that. There's sad moments, there's a ton of action and it kinda feels the movie falls short because you want more at the end. I am hoping Keanu continues with the series.

Got this combo on Black Friday at a great price. I watched this movie for the first time on my anniversary and I didn't even mind because it turned out to be a great movie. I definitely recommend it to others as it is action packed and very enjoyable. I did want this to come in the cool outer box like part 2 did but other than that it was a great buy.

This is the best movie I have seen on my new lg oled tv. It sounds so amazing while listening to this movie thru the bose sound bar 300. So impressed with the bass subwoofer and rear speaker channels. Feels like I need a 6 point seat belt harness to wear while watching this movie. Highly recommend anyone to watch this movie for some awesome effects!

I had some doubts about this movie at first. Turns out they were unfounded because the storyline was good. Well, (not really a spoiler because it's all in the trailers) who wouldn't want to hunt the responsible party down when they steal your Ford Mustang Mach 1 and kill your dog that your beloved late-wife left to you. A good action movie overall.

John Wick is one of those movies that simply amazes you. To start off, Keanu Reeves is what makes the movie everything, he went above and beyond to make everything in the movie his moves. This isn't the typical movie where the main character never runs out of ammo, this movie you can see John using everything around his to survive. I loved the movie

Great movie!!! I rented it first, then loved is so much I bought it and have watched it several more times since. I have been a Keanu Reeves fan since Matrix. This is one of his best. The action and the photography are amazing! Also, the new take on the assassin/hit man type movie is novel. The movie also has its moments of sadness, tenderness, anger and action - lots of action.

John Wick is one of those films that will catch you right from the beginning, however, I note, that the opening scene is as heart breaking as it fuels his revenge to get the individuals that performed such a cowardly task. I would recommend this film to anyone that has a heart, and Keanu Reeves is excellent as this character, and I cannot wait until part two comes out..

I bought this movie on sale at Best Buy. WOW!!!! It blew us away!! What an awesome, fast paced movie! John Wick is the new BAD BOY!! Don't mess with HIM! After watching John Wick, I believe in the boogeyman man again! Keanu Reeves is top notch again! This movie was truly a wild ride! I really got more than my money's worth with this movie!!!! FANTASTIC!!!

I saw this movie when it first came out in the movie theaters. It was a really fast pace action flix. When I saw the 4K DVD at Best Buy, I decided to get it, since it included a 4K DVD, a regular DVD, and a digital copy of the movie. Best Buys' price for this package was a great deal. I highly recommend this version of the original John Wick movie.

The plot of John Wick will be instantly familiar, and the story line particulars are not for the faint-of-heart. But it is well done, and once the action starts it runs non-stop. Would be interested in a sequel, should it ever get made. A nice package with BR, DVD, and UV (or iTunes), a handful of Extras, and even a Dolby Atmos Mix for those itching to try out that audio format.

If you want non-stop action, lots of gun fights, hot girls, bad-@ss cars & one punk-@ss Russian mob son, who's gotten a little too big for his britches, this is the movie for you! The audio & video quality is very good thru my decent surround-sound equipment (Denon receiver & Polk Audio speakers) & 46" Samsung 1080p TV. I can't wait to see John Wick 2!

The director of this film was a stunt man / stunt coordinator, and it shows in an amazing way. The film is taunt with action - no sequence is wasted on frivolous storytelling. "John Wick" literally explodes into action within the first few seconds, and its explosive heat continues to the final fade-to-black. If you love action movies, this the film for you.

I purchased this 4K DVD to test out my new home theater sound system and heard it was a good choice. I have to say that it did not disappoint. The DVD was on sale at my local Best Buy so I picked it up. It turned out to be a very cool movie and the sound quality and picture were great. If it's on your wish list go ahead and pick it up.

Great movie even years later had to pick it up and add it to my UHD collection, it’s pack full of great action set pieces, if you haven’t see this movie yet your missing out, on a great revenge story/saga very similar to the Taken movies, can’t wait for the next one

John Wick should be up "there" in the ranks of "Bullet" for the film is action packed, well acted and deserves to be seen. For some reason though the film received mediocre acceptance from the general public. The good news, now, is that the film made its money back and then some and is now sequel bound. But the Blu-ray, get your popcorn and enjoy the film for the wild ride it is.
