Of all his movies I think this by far is Keanu Reeves best movie to date. Speed put him on the map after Bill and Ted, but this out shines Speed hands down. He doesn't talk much in the movie, but when he does it's direct and to the point. Great action and the twist and turns of what happens is excellent.

If you ever wanted to see a modern Keanu Reeves go crazy and kill everyone for a dog then this is a must see. Just try not to take everything too seriously as it tries to be over the top without going too far in that approach. Plus if you like "operator" movies then its a good one for your collection.

I've been wanting to buy this movie for awhile but just haven't found a good sale on it and had the money available to get it. Got it on Black Friday for my parents to get me for Christmas. Absolutely love this movie. Still need to see part 2 though, but this will keep me happy for awhile.

This brings style to action movies. Keanu knocks this one out of the park. The close range gun choreography in this film is top notch and something I hope continues in action movies to come. The action is so fluid and unpredictable that you feel like you're watching a work of art, not just a run-n-gun movie. Loved it.

Keanu Reeves was born to play this role, he does such a great job playing an assassin, the way he articulates and plays the main character is awesome. I recommend watching all 3 movies together since they all have the same great quality.

I never thought I'd see Keanu Reeves play a role like this but he was never finer! He was slick and cool and rooting for a "Bad Guy" is always fun. It had it's predictable moments but I didn't care because of all the action that was going on my "50 inch screen. Great supporting cast and loved the rules of the Hotel!

Keanu Reeves returns to form in this high octane, non-stop action movie about an underground assassin who attempts to retire and change his lifestyle, only to be thrust back into it after ruthless thugs murder his dog and steal his car. Keanu proves he can still be an action star and is a force to be reckoned with.

Whenever a movie comes along with a hero like John Wick...watch it! This is a great revenge flick based upon all the best motives...except for the fact that he's a hitman. Then again, he only contracts the bad guys so that makes it okay, unless you're a bad guy. Beware, the Boogie Man!!!

Now I don't think that Keanu Reeves is one of our best actors but with that being said this is a pretty good action packed movie anyways. It starts a little slow but within 15 minutes we are into the good stuff and it lasts all the way to the end. It's good enough that I think there may even be a second movie.

Love the movie before it was in 4k HDR. Now I live it even more ..Not only picture great but to listen to in dolby Atmos makes it so much better. The scene where it's raining , Atmos really makes it feel like it's raining in your house with well placed speakers..A great movie is even greater now

When I first seen this movie I wasn't sure if it would be as good as it seemed but i was wrong by far the movie catches your attention and keeps it the whole way through the choreography of the fights in this movie is brilliant

John Wick is one of the best action movies of 2014. Not only is the cast led by Keanu Reeves superb but the entire premise of the movie keeps you engaged. There’s alot of scenes that are done with tongue in cheek but this adds to the charm of the movie. I really dig this movie.

this has to be one of the best movies that keanu reeves has done since he did the matrix. it's a no holds barred type of move with an anything goes type attitude. keanu lets loose and makes sure he gets the job done especially after they destroy the only thing that has given him any hope of having a normal life.

I loved this movie. Great story, great action and overall great movie. This is one of my favorite movies that Keanu has put out. The sequel is just as good, if not better. Looking forward to the third installment. I don't buy movies anymore, but I had to make sure this one was in my collection.

This movie was a game changer. John Wick is a great movie. I prefer the 2nd one over the 1st one but this movie is great. Great action, good acting, great scenery, etc. I would highly recommend if you like action movies.

I was going to buy this movie on Amazon, but remembered that Best Buy will price match with Amazon. It made it much more convenient to get the movie now, rather than waiting two days. Went and saw John Wick 2 the day after watching this one. Would recommend it to anyone, both are great movies!

Very moody, scenic and violent. This movie sets up a carefully choreographed ballet of violence and revenge, all predicated on a believable backstory. The action scenes are well shot, carefully avoiding the recent trend of jerky up close scenes that blur the motion in order to cover up bad CGI.
