With a seemingly by-the-numbers premise, I was surprised that I liked this movie as much as I did. But the devil is in the details, and the style of this movie is what catapults it far past the standard slew of "revenge" action movies.

If seeing Keanu Reeves kick butt is something you've been missing for a decade or so, this is the film for you. This and the sequel are action packed movies that snuck into theaters without many people knowing. It does not disappoint.

I bought John Wick in 4K to test my new OLED TV. It was among those recommended to me. I chose this over John Wick 2 because I liked this movie better. The graphics are great; the blacks are REALLY BLACK and the reds are REALLY RED. The fight scenes were very good (graphics-wise). The movie itself is pretty good as assassin vs assassin movies go. If you have a new 4K TV you want to test out, this is a good 4K Blu Ray disc to use.

I like DVD's/CD's, can play just in time for my time. even though they can be seen on streaming services. was priced at a can't pass up price so as to add to collection

This really is one of the best action/drama/don't mess with my dog movie I have seen in a long time. This is also the first 4K movie I have owned and played on our Samsung 4K 3D blu ray player. Even "normal" DVDs looks amazing in this player.

My stepbrother has been at me forever to watch this. One day in Best Buy I said F. it and bought it. Took it home and watched it that night I seen what the fuss was about. It's one of the most amazing action movies in the past 20 years.

Wow! This movie left me breathless. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, this is a movie of vengeance and Keanu Reeves plays this character so well! I found this on black friday for a great deal and couldn't pass it up. Highly recommend!

Borrowed this movie from a friend at work. Enjoyed this movie thoroughly, as I believe this is one of Keanu Reeves best performances since the Matrix in my honest opinion. I enjoyed the action and focus of the plot. Great Buy!

Keanu is back in an action as a dark avenger. The movie is action from start to finish and shows the dark side of a hit man's creed and the underground society that supports their profession. If you are a Keanu fan then this movie is for you.

This was Ted's greatest adventure. After losing so much, his wife, Bill S. Preston, and more; Ted, now John Wick, goes on an unstoppable rampage against those who wronged him. This movie is Ted's greatest ride and is genuinely a great movie.

Love all 3 John Wick movies and the picture and sound of the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray was spectacular on my Sony77 inch OLED TV using my Sony 300M2 dvd player.

The definitive revenge tale that I won't even attempt to tell in short in fear of giving spoilers of any sort. Go into this one blind without any idea about what you're gonna watch like I did...no trailers, no cheating...blind. You'll love it, trust me.

I saw these in Best Buy, they had a great price. Plus I enjoy John Wick action, I bought all three movies to get my fill. Great buy!

John Wick was all action, I enjoyed the entire movie, did not want the movie to end. I hope they make another one but a prequel not a part 2. If you enjoy many gun battles, bloody scenes & senseless killing you will love John Wick plus it has a story line :)

It wasn't an award winning movie but it was a good action flick. It had the usual silly things in it when it comes to stupid criminals. You know, lots of talking before disposing of the other guy that's coming after all their friends. The bad guys will knock off anyone else in a heart beat but the one person gunning for them there is a big speech and tied to a chair sequence. You get the idea. It was good entertainment if you get past that kind of thing. Enjoy!

The movie? It's rad sauce on a cool beans burrito. Keanu is perfect as a vengeful hitman, he kills, then kills some more and its fanfreakingtastic. Video and audio quality are top notch, especially the lossless audio that just thunders down on you at times.

You are seriously reading reviews about this movie? It's amazing!! Keanu Reeves at his best! How have you not seen this!?!? Go ahead and buy this and while you're at it buy John Wick 2!!! Also, kick yourself for not watching this already!

Let me start off saying this blu-ray presents John Wick in its full glory. Amazing video and audio. Top ranked quality. A nice package of special features. I wish they would have included a making of documentary but I will settle for this. Highly recommended.

I went into this with zero expectations and I was blown away. Who knew Keanu could do action star. He can. OMG he can. He was born for this role. Just be aware, this is the 4K version, make sure your player can handle the requirement.

So everyone was talking about John Wick and how great it is. Even my dad, who doesn't really like any new movie, liked it. So I saw it on sale one day and said, "what the heck." I kept my expectations a little low, but I really enjoyed the movie. A good amount of action, but not over the top cheesy. The story line isn't too terrible either. If your in the mood for an action movie, I recommend John Wick. It also look great in 4K.
