The disc plays as a blu-ray would be expected to play. Oh, were you looking for my comments on the actual movie? That seems foolish, go to Rotten Tomatoes if you're looking for that kind of review.

Given that Keanu Reeves is a fairly wooden actor, this movie appears to be written for him. The action is fun to watch, and looks very real. This movie certainly whets the appetite for part 2 when it comes out.

Some time ago I became aware of this movie and decided to add it to my collection. While in Best Buy for other reasons I found the movie and it was on sale. No trouble deciding to buy it and I had $5 Bonus to use.

I checked many online outlets and all the stores. Best Buy had not only the lowest price but this had the Blue Ray, DVD and Digital download. Best Buy is the lowest price and greatest value period. Another incredible Best Buy!

This is the coldest and most calculating character I've ever seen Keanu Reeves portray! What an actor! You won't be disappointed with this movie if you like action and if you like seeing the BAD guys get what's coming to them.

I originally saw this movie in HBO and it was so good i decided to buy the blu ray version. This action movie has great sequences and makes you feel emotion towards the protagonist. Great movie and excited for the sequel.

Great mindless action flick, and stars the one. Keanu is summed up in one very early scene where the bad guy is told who his son ticked off, and the bad guy merely responds "oh". Then its an hour and a half plus of a blood bath.

This is an incredibly fun film! Honestly, I wasn't a fan of Keanu's acting in The Matrix due to the stiffness of it, but in John Wick he's doing such a great job. The character of John fits really well for him and the style is backed up by the substance. Totally recommend for action movie lovers.

John Wick is by far one of the best action films I have ever seen. The filmography and sound mixing are great. The acting is pretty good. The movie doesn't take itself too seriously either which leads to some fun moments.

So long as you can accept the this movie takes place in a stylized world where criminal organizations have their own, neutral territory hotel, then this is possibly the best movie Keanu Reeves has starred in since The Matrix.

All I can say about this movie is it's great, I love it. I had to double dip on this movie because I am a SteelBook lover. I'm really happy Best Buy re-released this movie matching the John Wick 2 SteelBook.

after watching this in the theater, I was looking forward to watching this in 4k on my 65 inch 4k hdr tv. I was not disappointed!!! the movie looks fantastic! keanu is the best hes been since the matrix

Great film showing how they motivated Katness to help the cause and overthrow the Capitol. Can't wait for Part 2 and the conclusion of the Hunger Games series and the next Best Buy steelbook [which looks really cool by the way]

Excellent sound and video quality. Love the movie too. It's a great set-up to the next two. In fact, after watching it, I went out and bought Chapter 2.

John Wick is a retired hitman getting over the death of his true love, when the puppy she gave him before she passed away gets whacked by the son of a Russian mobster, Wick goes on a rampage working through the mobs thugs, wasting them very efficiently and effectively until he gets to the top boss and they go fist to fist in the final battle to end the war. Looking forward to Part II.

I could have done with a different cause to get John Wick back to his fighting days, but past that it was a great action movie! I don't want to spoil anything about the beginning... but that is the only part I did not like.

This is a great guys film that gives you the action you want in a movie and shows that everyone has a soft spot in their hearts, even hitmen. Reeves is perfect for the role of John Wick and the movie doesn't let you down.

The action in this movie is absolutely amazing! Awesome to see as much action with little to no CGI in 4K Ultra High Definition and HDR. Fantastic stunt choreography and awesome plot for an action film!

If you are looking for a good action movie to crank up on your home theater with realistic gun/weapons use (actual weapon round count and having to reload) this is the movie to watch. This is one of Keanu's best movie made.
