The bad guys had no idea what would happen by stealing a Mustang and killing his dog, They had no idea who John Wick was, and that's where the action begins. Wick not only gets mad, he gets even.

I had a problem with the first 15 minutes of the movie but it sets up the anger and revenge that make this a great film. I say if you want a good movie of action and violence, set up the couch and popcorn and enjoy.

Wick is best new action franchise is a long time so this steel is a must-have. The artwork on this one is not as good as that of Wick 2, but like I said this is still a must for steel collectors.

Not a huge fan of the sequels but this first movie is one of my favourites. It is a simple premise of revenge over a stolen car and dead dog.

A very good "gun fu" movie with Keanu Reeves, looking almost cadaverous, taking on a Russian mob. The movie strains credulity at times to say the least, but it's a fast and fun ride for action fans. The mobsters have one guy who's almost the equal of Reeves; too bad he wasn't given more time and development. It's always best when the hero has a worthwhile opponent. Otherwise, no complaints.

I love this movie. Had never seen it, but heard it was good, so I watched it. Like 30 times later, I appreciate the movie more and more. One of my current faves. Plus the steelbook is cool too.

One of the best Action films of the last decade. I did buy this on a steep discount but the movie itself is a fantastic actions film.

I saw this movie the other day and loved it! Kneau is just the perfect lead for this movie. There are lots of guns, bulliets, and bodies to make one happy (if you like this kind of movie).

One of the best action movies I have seen in awhile. Especially enjoyed the extras concerning the realism they attempted to put into the fight scenes and the dedication Keanu Reeves put into learning the material.

Keanu Reeves is great as John Wick. He is action. The plot is simple and the action is really good. He is a person you want on your side in a war. It does have a lot of blood but that is the kind of picture it is!

This is just a plain b.a. movie, and a great pick for a high intensity action movie. It looks glorious on UHD blu-ray as well. It is mastered a bit dark but not a problem watching in a dark room.

Although I wouldn't consider Keanu Reeves to an Oscar winning actor. The portrayal of John Wick does supply plenty of action to compensate for any acting inability and provide good entertainment !

This is 1/4 of the best movie ever made. The rest are parts 2, 3, and 4.

If you are not into shoot'em up movies you will not like this movie, but Keanu was awesome. Consider him a deadly assassin that you don't want too make him angry, if you do, prepare yourself for the consequences.

For a bit of revenge and some very coordinated fight scenes look no further than John Wick. I can only imagine the training sessions that Keanu Reeves had to learn and endure.

Great action movie with lots of gun play that makes sense! Keanu is perfect as a new age assassin Hell bent on revenge. Very entertaining and will keep you at the edge of your seat. I hope it becomes a franchise.

I saw this film originally in theaters, and felt it worthy of owning this copy because of how enjoyable it was. It came across to me as a clever mix of Hong Kong action and Film Nior suspense.

I really enjoyed this movie, the story was engaging the characters likable and the action was awesome. The first to get revenge is one of my favorites in the modern movie age.

My purchase consisted of 4 movies, John Wick was an upgrade for me to 4K. Live by Night; The Boy and Rogue One were well worth the purchase I enjoyed them all and Rogue graphics were outstanding
