Part one of three so far, this was a great movie from start to finish the action sequences and fight scenes were awesome this movie had me on my feet and I really enjoyed it.

John Wick is everything you want in an action movie

Very good movie and since I've seen movies 2 & 3, it would be best for someone to see them on order to understand the entire store line. Lots of action and even some dark humor.

Loved the action and the way you're introduced to John Wick.

Keanu completely absorbs himself into the role of John Wick. Willem Defoe is vastly underrated as Wick's friend from the past. Punctuated by an amazing soundtrack. Highly recommended.

I wanted to watch this movie for the first time! Never seen it!

I previously owned this movie on Blu-ray and had to double dip for the 4K version. WOW...a great movie made better! Video and audio are top notch. Highly recommended.

John Wick is a sleeper, cult hit that brings Keanu Reeves back to his heyday. He's been in a few notable movies since his success as Neo in The Matrix Trilogy, however none of them put him decidedly on the same level of that... until John Wick. I loved the dedication that Keanu took to really sell the fight/gun sequences in this film. He makes Wick a believable assassin capable of evoking the punishment that is talked about from his past. Keanu's deadpan acting only adds to John Wick's coolness factor. Another appreciable aspect of the film is that the action sequences aren't filmed primarly with handheld cams, which allows for us to see the action unfold and appreciate the stunt choreography to it's fullest. The UHD presentation for this film is a worthwhile upgrade compared to the blu-ray version. The improvement in resolution is the best aspect of it, but the HDR dynamics follow suit, as well. The dark nature of this film, allows the fine detail increase from the HDR to be on show here. While the colors are also improved, there are more subtle gradations in the film's imagery that, while not drastically different from the blu-ray, is more natural. Fans of the film might want to upgrade to the UHD to watch this in the best possible way. Considering it's relatively cheap UHD price, this release almost makes it a no-brainer.

This second installment in the John Wick series is very good. It's worth watching over and over. There is great action here, and Ruby Rose did an awesome job being a bad gal.

What else can I say? There's a ridiculous amount of gun play and killing in this movie. Great story line and acting, super fast-paced, good time fun for the whole family!

I purchased this Blu-ray disc after seeing it at the movie theater. It contains lots of bonus features about the actors and special effects. Great action but very violent!
