Loved the John Wick films, this has a few drawn out gun fights but still a great movie.

The theme of this chapter is consequences. Again, like Chapter 2 things begin where the last movie ended. Wick has been excommunicated by the assassins for breaking the rules and was given a one hour reprieve by the head of the New York Continental, Winston played by Ian McShane. He must find a way out with a whole city after him. That chase scene that goes through various locations had some of the most incredible fight scenes put to film. The choreography and just ingenious methods they employed will blow your mind.

amazing movie great action story and of course the Keanu Reeves. you well enjoy this movie first time i watch it i had a blast the steal book is beautiful highly recommended you watch this movie.

Same old John Wick! Kind of boring. Movei was too dark.

If you're a fan of high-octane action films, you won't want to miss "John Wick: Chapter 3 - Parabellum.” This film takes everything that made the first two movies so great and cranks it up to eleven.

I really enjoyed the arc of the entire storyline. Three is just a rollicking good time, looks like it was as much fun to make as it is to watch.

It is extremely hard for a film franchise to maintain its intensity. That is not true for John Wick. As unbelievable as it might sound but Chapter 3 was even better than Chapter 2. The one thing that has faded however is the story. Chapter 1 had the fullest plot with Wick seeking revenge for the desecration of the memory of his dead wife. Chapter 2 was about following the rules of the assassins’ world Wick lives within, and then ultimately breaking them. The story was thin at best in that chapter, but made up for it with some amazing action. Chapter 3 you would expect would be more of the same, but it wasn’t. I have never heard as many oohs and ahhs in a movie theater as I did opening night of John Wick Chapter 3. The director took the action to an unbelievable level. The choreography and just ingenious methods they employed will blow your mind. Wick then goes to various countries and locations searching for a way to escape the consequences of his actions in Chapter 2. Of special note is Mark Dacascos as Zero hired to kill Wick. He added new dimensions to the classic villain with the hilarious lines and situations they put him in.

I bought the 55 inch version. The picture is gorgeous, beating the Samsung Q90 in my opinion. The picture looks more 3-D and the motion cannot be beaten by any other brand. The brights are super bright when needed. Airplay is coming for this set but not in the latest firmware and I have a one terabyte hard drive with several movies on it and the TV would not load them. Sony support was lacking and non-professional and finally told me the drive must be formatted fat32 and afterwards, it did work. HDR is superb. Colors pop and people look real and I've seen this set next to a Q90 and the detail and highlights blow the Samsung away and the Samsung crushes dark areas due to the aggressive algorithm to prevent blooming. Here's where the Sony fails and that is with blooming. It's pretty bad with SD programming and I didn't think quite so with HDR material and this set has Dobyvision and Samsung does NOT. The fleshtones are better than any I've seen. Even with the blooming my set has, the picture more than compensates for this deficiency and after watching a short while, I don't notice it! I highly recommend this set and have a Sony set that is probably 15 yrs old and still going strong.

First thing: I don’t know if it was intentional to the storyline - John Wick’s timeline being one that hasn’t had as much downtime as the audience in between - but Keanu looks tired, bloated and aged in this outing. That personal ponder aside, I absolutely love how much fun this film was. Taking ques from a lot of modern Asian action films, Wick 3 is a blender of brutal moments, especially the motorcycle scene lifted straight out of The Villainess. The story isn’t as present in 3 as it was in 2, but it exchanges these moments for pure action. There were some areas that I wish were more pronounced in the story, as I did find myself wondering what exactly was going on in the plot. But it all coagulates in the end, and sums up in a rather unexpected way. No spoilers said. While I can see room for more Wick in the future, I do think its official that anymore could risk becoming absolutely ridiculous if not handled right. Overall I really enjoyed Wick 3, but I also feel like the story might be dulling out - though I can see a few ways that the creators could make a beautiful twist in tale to continue with Wick’s tale.

The special effects in the fight scenes of this film are incredible and appear so realistic you'll find yourself replaying them over and over again. The action is fast-paced from the beginning of the movie to the end. Halle Berry makes a significant contribution to this film, too, appearing as a strong, no "BS" woman who's not afraid to "mix it up" with the toughest of bad guys--definitely holding her own in the hand-to-hand combat scenes she has with the opposite sex. Moreover, the way she controls her 2 killer attack dogs by screaming out attack commands is also awesome and definitely worth seeing. It isn't necessary to have seen the prior 2 installments of the John Wick franchise to enjoy this film (but all three installments share these common traits--making them all worth seeing): non-stop, high-octane action, and an interesting story line / back story that is inextricably linked with incredible unprecedented fight scenes enhanced with out-of-this-world special effects (that appear deceptively real). Extremely highly recommended.

It also comes with a coupon to save 50% on the John Wick game. If you’re a fan of action and/or this series, I can’t recommend picking this up enough, especially on 4K!!

This was a sweet little bonus that came with preordering John Wick 3 steelbook special edition. A few weeks early than the physical release, this came in the mail. A mini steelbook which was super cool! Open it up and there was your own personal Continental black card. On the back of the card was the digital code to redeem on Vudu which gave me instant access to the 4K Dolby Vision version of the movie which looked fabulous. If you can get your hands on this little gem, it’s definitely something nice as a collectible that the majority of other people won’t have. It was great seeing the movie before it releases physical in stores.

John Wick 4 was a very fitting end to the Wick saga. The movie was full of action packed moments but also had nice dark comedic moments seen throughout the series, that helped cement its status as the best John Wick film!

I have watched this twice already and love it. Better than #2 and looking forward to #4. However, I purchased the 4K version and it included the digital copy as well but I couldn’t redeem it under my normal platforms. Vudu, movies anywhere or any others I have could not redeem the digital copy as the code was a QR scan that had to be done via a Lions gate app. The scan didn’t work and the website to redeem the QR code wasn’t recognized either. So, the normal process is to login to my platform, enter the redemption code and DONE. With Lions gate movies (new with this movie I guess), I needed to download an app, give them an email address, agree to allow 3rd party email and it still couldn’t scan properly. After 5 tries, tilt, get better lighting, focus differently, etc., I gave up and watched it on my Xbox. I will be returning to Best Buy since digital copy is too much of a hassle and infringes on my privacy. I want simple and this is not.

I am not going to go through the story...so not to spoil it, I will only state what I felt when I saw the movie... I am a fan of Keanu, so I will always try to look at the positive sides for all of his movies...although the first John Wick is the best so far owing to the simplicity of the story and action, the second is as equally good...The third John Wick is more concentrated on long fight sequence which sometimes makes you cringe...and also more characters to make the way to the climax more arduously , although for me, the fight scenes with Halle Berry were probably the best choreograph fight scenes, with the dogs of course. Either way, it is another enjoyable sequel, which make you anticipate for the bigger war in the 4th installment...hope you enjoy it like I did..

Saw this in the theater and can’t wait to rewatch. John is at it again doing the impossible and making it look good! If you enjoyed the first two movies you won’t be disappointed. The action scenes are some of the best in recent years and I continue to enjoy the world building for this league of assassins. Speaking of the action, two scenes that stand out most for me (and I’m sure I’m not alone) are the one early on in the antique shop and the one later on with the dogs. I won’t spoil anything here, but the fight choreography in those scenes are amazing! If you’re a fan of action movies do yourself a favor and check out the entire series. I love this franchise and can’t wait for more!

I’m not even going to bother with a long review, because what can I say that hasn’t already been said. Great sequel to the first 2 John Wick movies and action packed from the very beginning. I had the pleasure of seeing this film in the theaters and can honestly say that I was not bored once. Keanu Reeves and Halle Berry shine in their roles. Can’t wait for John Wick 4! The only issue I had was the Digital Copy. Since it was the first time I had to redeem through Lionsgate I had a lot of trouble. I didn’t like the fact that I had to download an app to even get the movie that I paid for. Even then I had a difficulty getting it to work. I just wanted to give people a heads up about that.
