Amazing Thermostat

The app store reviewers didn't seem to like it. Very low rating. It's a shame because it's very pretty. Went with the best thermostat on a $100 off sale.

Nice looking Thermostat with Bad App

Beauty and a Beast

Has an awesome "Auto" feature that decided whether to use the AC or Heat. Only recommendation would be adding a website to control the thermostat.

BEWARE! The APP hasn't been updated since 2019!

I haven't installed it yet. I was ready to install it & I noticed the APP HASN'T BEEN UPDATED SINCE 10/16/19! This unit is expensive. The purpose of buying a smart thermostat is to use it remotely with the app. The app doesn't remember your password. You have 2 keel signing in every time. I wanted to return it & chose another thermostat but the return period expired 1/16/21. I assumed it would've been longer. I will make sure to check the company's return policy before spending money like this. I feel Best Buy didnt give me a Best Buy. The screws are too short. They have to go through the unit. I'm very disappointed. I feel duped. I heard the app doesn't work with Alexa anymore. I will change my review if anything changes but as of right now. Thumbs down! I can't upload the pics for proof. They are grayed out but the Best Buy app has permission.

Not bad, but I would not recommend.

It also stopped working just after 6 months of being used. No Alexa and no Google assistant.
