Returned it after reading that it's being discontinued and something that I no longer recall from the company's website. The app store reviewers didn't seem to like it. Very low rating. It's a shame because it's very pretty. Went with the best thermostat on a $100 off sale.

The item looks really nice but the app is kinda frustrating. Integration with alexa is also poor. keeo on disconnecting. Cortana is not available.

Amazing unit! Replaced my Honeywell WiFi thermostat with this. Has an awesome "Auto" feature that decided whether to use the AC or Heat. Only recommendation would be adding a website to control the thermostat.

Had a lot of potential for compatibility and use of teachers weren’t exactly as reliable as I had hoped going to be in the end unfortunately I returned his device and purchased a nest.

Easy to set up and the display it’s awesome menu easy to read and the set up isn’t that hard having all set up and done on about 30 minutes!!

I bought this smart thermostat as a bday present 4 my parent. I haven't installed it yet. I was ready to install it & I noticed the APP HASN'T BEEN UPDATED SINCE 10/16/19! This unit is expensive. The purpose of buying a smart thermostat is to use it remotely with the app. The app doesn't remember your password. You have 2 keel signing in every time. I wanted to return it & chose another thermostat but the return period expired 1/16/21. I assumed it would've been longer. I will make sure to check the company's return policy before spending money like this. I feel Best Buy didnt give me a Best Buy. The screws are too short. They have to go through the unit. I'm very disappointed. I feel duped. I heard the app doesn't work with Alexa anymore. I will change my review if anything changes but as of right now. Thumbs down! I can't upload the pics for proof. They are grayed out but the Best Buy app has permission.

No suitable for my AC. We try to install and the AC tecnician recommend to change my AC

The screen goes to sleep and you can't see your temp status from far, you need to get inches close to it or sometimes needing to touch the screen is necessary to wake the display up. It also stopped working just after 6 months of being used. No Alexa and no Google assistant.
