Jonny Quest was the top shelf science fiction cartoon on Saturday morning amid many others like Space Ghost and Star Trek TAS. The stories are at times more science than fiction but blend the two perfectly. I have always wanted the original collection for years and had not seen it in a long time. It brought back many good memories as a kid back then in the 60’s.

I grew up in the 1970's watching Jonny Quest, and watching these DVD's brought back a lot of memories. The episodes were pretty deep, and it might be better to show them to older children rather than younger ones, but I'll bet anyone who watches them will get the same sense of adventure that I did when I was younger.

Husband loves the cartoon so i bought this for him. He loves it.

There's three DVD's packaged in one spot, so that's lame, but it's a great show. My eight year old loves it which is nice because it's one that I grew up on. It's nice to have just to put on in the background and reminds me of my childhood. ^_^

Yes, it's full of racial stereotypes that would be unacceptable today, but as a piece of animation history it's essential. I only wish there were some special features or commentary added. Surely they could have found someone to talk about the show.

the dvd skipped whole episodes and went to end. had to return very dissapointed
