Back in the day at its best, you can't go Wong with Johnny quest. I really enjoyed it.

... I have added this Jonny Quest eighties rendition. In my humble opinion, the original JQ primetime is my favorite... the series I grew up on. I have collected the first and only season on DVD. I sent a set to my brother. Few years later he got Tim Matheson's (the voice of Jonny Quest) autograph personalized to me. I sent him the set I had. As the years passed, Warner Brothers have released the Jonny Quest reboot series. I purchased them as WB drew out their releases. I've upgraded to the original JQ blu ray last year. I purchased the Tom & Jerry Spy Quest mashup DVD a few months ago. That pushed me over the edge to complete the animation side of Jonny Quest. I have also included JONNY'S GOLDEN QUEST and JONNY QUEST vs the CYBER INSECTS. I enjoy being a JQ fan.

While there is no actual 2nd season of Jonny Quest this feels like it attempts to bridge the gap between generations to bring a version of a 2nd season. It's only 13 episodes so it's a light DVD. The voice talent for everyone but Jonny seems really well done, but Jonny doesn't sound anything like the original.
