I came across this movie by accident as I was browsing the aisles searching for another faith- based movie and was delighted to see one of my favorite actors Kevin Sorbo play Joseph. This movie is brief and I believe true to the spirit of what kind of people Joseph and Mary were like raising the young Messiah Jesus. There is a also a heart breaking storyline of what God demands,which is to forgive our enemies despite the evil we encounter in a violent and cruel world. We know very little about the early years of Jesus Christ in the gospels of the Holy Bible and I think this movie does a fine job in demonstrating the kind of child Jesus might have been before he became an adult. I highly recommend this movie.
