I installed two juice box Chargers and it went without any problems be charger works as advertised delivering the amperage and the cord being longer really worked for our situation we had some problems with the application because we all loaded the wrong one prior to installing it when we installed the second juice box everything went smoothly. The application shows all of the necessary information in terms of the amperage and kilowatts that are being supplied to the battery highly recommend this product

Hookup was super easy. Setup with the app was also super easy. The only reason i didnt give this 5 stars is because of some minor complaints about the app. When I plug it into my car, it does not make an assessment of how much charge is already on my battery and then show it in the app. It always starts at 0%. If i let it charge a few % points, unplug it, and then immediately plug it back in, it says 0% again. The estimate on how long it will take to charge has so far been significantly higher than it actually takes, which i guess is a "good" problem, but still. It would be a perfect product if it showed my actual battery life % in the app, and had a more accurate estimate on when it will be fully charged. This is with a 2018 Honda Clarity. I installed it inside my garage, but also installed a passthru box for the charge cord to go outside. I did this so i can charge my EV outside where it is normally parked, and prolong the life of the charger.

I love this charger. This is one of NJ recommended chargers for both energy star rating and best performance. I am able to charge my vehicle at home at 11+ kwh which beats most level 2 home chargers. The ease of use of app is great, I set my charger to charge between the discounted hours from my local utility company of 9pm-7am. My friends also love the charger and will get one based on my recommendation.

Easy to install and super easy to use. I love the app interface and details it provides me related to my charging session. You can schedule the charge timings based on your needs and control it easily with your mobile phone using their App. If you are in the market looking for reliable EV charger then I will highly recommend this charger for your home.

Good charger with ease of scheduling the charge over the app. 25ft cable is a plus when cars are parked back to back , which isnt an option in charge point. Works well with Tesla and other evs

I am so glad that we decided to follow the suggestions to get a licensed and qualified electrician to install the charger. It works great and the app is easy to use. The city also required a permit so I suggest getting the permit in advance. I also like that the cable is long enough to pull in or back in and still be able to charge my car.

I am very with my 240V Juicebox home charger. It charges faster than a regular 110V AC outlet and the app is amazing. I’m happy so far. I just wish they would have the option for a longer charging cable. Besides that, I highly recommend it.

So far, this charger has met all of my expectations. Bluetooth and WIFI connectivity appear solid. Charges as advertised. I had this installed professionally. It looks great in our garage. The only issue I have, is it does not seem to have the latest EV selections when setting up the charger. I had to manually input all of the information after looking it all up online. Despite that, I still give it 5/5 stars.

Very seamless to operate! User friendly on app and setup is just simple. Satisfied with all the expectations had for uninterrupted charging.

Works great for our 2023 iX. We have solar panels and generate an excess of power so this is a no brainer for us. Simple to use and no issues to date.

BestBuy doesn't sell this charger anymore so this review isn't for BestBuy customers/ This is to anyone who is thinking about grabbing a used/refurbed one of these chargers. Do not buy this charger. It is a legitimately dangerous product. The company decided to cease US operations a couple of months ago and immediately after this decision, the NHTSA opened an investigation into these chargers due to reports of them causing fires (and apparently even a house explosion). Aside from the company immediately closing its doors and bricking their software, none of the legitimate safety concerns about their product had been communicated. I had no clue about this until my charger (less than 6 months old) stopped working and upon investigation, we discovered that it had melted the wiring and had actually burned off the connector caps and electrical tape. We're not sure how/why it didn't catch fire given how hot it had to have gotten. Reports on this say that the heat and fire issues happen when the charger is charging a car. I don't know about other EV owners but my car charges at night. I'm horrified to know that my house almost burned down overnight while my mom and dogs were inside asleep. Possibly the worst purchase of my life. My charger was installed by a master electrician who primarily works as an state electrical inspector. It was installed above code so I know the install wasn't the problem here.

Rated for outdoor use, after having it go through two rainfalls it was FILLED with water both times and blew my 60 amp breaker!! The app is a complete waste of time and is buggy as can be. I should have read the other reviews on the app, but this is getting returned ASAP!!

Works perfectly. It was expensive to replace install because I wanted it in my two-car garage but the panel was in my one- car garage. They had to install a small disconnect panel beside the JuiceBox and run the heavy gage wire quite a ways. It was about $3,000 to install. It charges my GV60 in a few hours. I just plug it in and the car tells me charging has begun. I never got the app to work other than to configure the car I had and all. It is not great at telling me anything while I am charging, but the Genesis app is great for that, so it does not matter.

I like how fast our car (mustang Mach-e) charges. Electrician installed it without a problem. App isn’t the best and internet connection sometimes is tricky when setting up. Customer service wasn’t the most helpful, but they tried.
