I purchased for home charging my ID.4. Works perfectly once you download the correct App. (FYI use “EV JuiceNet”). Also note you cannot use the APP and your cars charging location system to set off peak charging because it will cause an error. I only use my car to charge during off peak times. Last note: I would only use the cheap $11 NEMA 14-50R outlet if you plane to leave it plugin all the time. If you going to unplug a lot purchase the $80 plug.

Install instructions weren’t clear - but set was was doable. Wasn’t clear to set up via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

Enjoying having high speed charging available at home. A little bit wonky with the software setup, but customer support was great, and once it got going, it definitely does the job and then some.
This is the best and easiest EV charger unit I’ve ever used. I love the 25ft cable. The quality is second to none. If you’re shopping for one to charge your EV, look no further and click and buy this! I got this during the Black Friday weekend pics! Got a great deal!!

The Juicebox 40 is sturdy, high quality Level 2 EV charger. The enel X app is easy to set up as well. The app has excellent features and settings. It even allows you to add your vehicle type that shows your range. Highly recommend this for any EV you own. Obviously its not a Level 3 fast charger but for a home charger it does charge fast. You can even have two chargers hooked up to the same breaker & your juicebox 40s will work together while charging two EVs simultaneously. You will love its quality, practicality & features.

The charger works well. The plastics are high quality and withstands being outside. No issues charging, even in the rain. The cable seems like it's also high quality. My only issue is the app. The first app was awful, but they dropped the JuiceBox and moved to the Ener X Way app. I don't have much experience setting charging routines with the new app, but it's got a lot of negative reviews in the Android App Store. I recommend using your cars app if you want to set anything like this up and just leaving the JuiceBox app set to 100% charge. One thing the new app DID fix is energy monitoring. In the old app you had the option to view lifetime usage or past usage. There was no way to see how much energy you've used in a particular timeframe, like your home energy billing cycle. With the new app, you can do that. And it works well. It totals how much energy you've used at the top and shows you all charging cycles individually below. Hoping they continue to make improvements, but I'd still think any charging scheduling it better done in the cars own app, as they know the hardware better than any charging app will.

The Juicebox J1772 is a great charger for my Jeep PHEV. It’s like having a reliable pit stop at home! With its universal compatibility, dynamic LED lights, and easy installation, I can juice up my Jeep faster than ever. Plus, the smart grid savings keep my charging costs in check. Highly recommended!

This charger is easy to operate, and app friendly. I have been using it for about a month, no big glitches. Setting up a schedule was easy, the only thing if you have to plug it in for a charge other than the scheduled one, ie during the day after running around,to go out at night, you have to do that on the app

We have a Chevy Bolt EV and a Chevy Spark EV and the JuiceBox smart EV charger is perfect for off peak charging at home. Very easy to optimize charging around utility time of use rate. Charger has also weathered well over the last year so far with salty coastal air - recommend the NEMA 4X rating.

Works well to charge the car quickly, Can adjust the output amperage easily. Set up wasn't quite as easy as it might have been - took a long time to connect to our WiFi network even with a good signal. App is pretty basic and not sending notifications in a timely manner. But overall this does what I need it to.

The product itself is fantastic. As a charger I would give it five stars. I have two. The 35 and 40 amp models. One of which I have owned for 1.5 years without an issue. The only reason that I give this a 4 and not a 5 star rating is due to the recent change in the app. Enel x recently forced a change to use a new app called Way. which has been a bit clunky. The recent update fixed a lot of buts but still some work to be done. I'm sure they will work out those kinks though. Overall a great charger.

Been using it for a few weeks now, works as expected. Charges at just over 11kwh, had some minor issues with the app and support responded within a few hours and fixed my issue that night.

Overall works well makes it easier to plug into the car. The app leaves a lot to be desired, it shows the charge start as soon as you plug in the car, which is ok but it does not show an end to the charge when the car is fully charge instead it shows it is done when you unplug from the car. The app shows a different KW used than my meter that is on the 240 line.
