Overall great coffee machine, but it does not do milk based coffee drinks. upgraded to the E8 and am very satisfied. if you are a fan of the 6 or so coffee options, this is your macine, but if you want milk based coffee along with non-milk based coffee, upgrade to the E8

Wow... I have had several coffee machines and espresso machines over the last few years and really enjoy making espresso, cappuccinos, and lattes at home... But this thing blows all of those things out of the water... I don't have to "man" the machine anymore, I can just show my guests how to use the machine and they can make whatever drink they like themselves! Previously I was steaming the milk and brewing espresso all day! I love how automated this is, it’s truly something you can setup and use right away. It rinses itself before and after use, knows when it the coffee grounds need cleaned out, knows when it needs more coffee beans added, more water added, when to change the water filter, etc... It's a very smart machine. Now onto the coffee.... The coffee tastes fantastic, you can adjust how many ounces you want it to brew, but it maxed out at 8oz... I wish it went higher to fill my larger mugs and travel mug. You can adjust how many ounces to brew for espresso too, and how much milk you want as well. I love that you can really customize this machine to make everything exactly how you want it. I love this thing! I'm blown away by its performance.

Love the touch screen, grinds coffee, makes coffee, froths milk, holds a lot of water and grinds, and beans. Very nice automatic coffee maker. Would prefer the silver base around the black drain, didn't scratch quite so easily. Going to buy the milk storage container to keep in the fridge, too!

I used to own a Saeco Royal (21k servings) the Jura is very quieter, produces steaming coffee with a professional "crema" finish.

3 cup every day hope this Jura will not break down last one no good after 2 year (still got another Jura)

2nd machine. Got one for house at the coast! Great coffee with convenience and no waste!

We love the expresso machine[it's working properly] but the package was delivered with no Fragile sign on ,the box had punctures and cuts,clearly was poorly packed and handled. Best Buy should do a better job on this!

Good machine but poor life span. Our second machine just died after 4 months. Good thing we got the Geek protection warranty. The failing part is the "brew group" which is the heart of the machine. The part alone costs $250. Our machine is used strictly by my wife and me. We average about 30 shots a week. We had an older Jura that lasted 6 years. They definitely need to redesign the brew group.

This has worked out quite well and has exceeded my expectation

Make it good and hot. Just wish you could use dark roast
