Shockingly beyond my expectations

Unfortunately, I only used it for one week, everyday one cup of coffee/latte. After that it stopped making coffee. It grinds and press the coffee,but it does not drip the coffee into a cup. I tried multiple times, did not work. It was a frustrating experience paying that much of money for one week of coffee. I called the 800 number I found on the machine for help,however no one care to respond after I left a message including my calling number. Fainly, I am forced to return it to the store. Having said this, the taste of both coffee and latte is superb, very different than I drank any regular coffee shops, except in professional coffee makers. I wished it works at least for the coming 3-4 years instead of only one week, I would have appreciated it.
