Returned because started to make clunk noise. Traded for the Philips 4300 and glad I did. The Jura required too much water daily to clean with solution, too cumbersome. Had to use their tablets, fill their milk container with water to run the solution through, then empty remaining solution, then fill the container again with water to rinse out the solution through the machine…ugh. The coffee it made was meh in my and my wife’s opinion.

Best coffee/ espresso machine I have ever purchased. Definitely worth the extra dollars and the flavor is unbelievable.

This machine is life changing! Worth every penny! I love how creamy the coffee is even without milk or cream!

I had a phillips lattego. Bought it for some $800 from here. It was a month before covid shutdowns. Simple, limited functionality and adequate for a beginner of fully automated espresso machines. After 3 years it broke down and turned out it needed $40 worrh of repair. I though it's time for me to step up my game and bought this machine. Paid $3000, brought it home, set it up and started using it. It nakes espressos and lattes alright. So did the 800 bucks contraption. But here's what's wrong with this machine. 1- I use filtered water and when test it no minerals almost 0. In about a month it started complaining to change water filter. Why? The filter practically does nothing! And the warning doesn't go away. You can't reset it. 2- The menu is hard to work with. It's counter-intuitive. This from a software engineer who knows how to deal with ui!! Who wrote this crap?? 3- The milk system is a joke. Attaching and cleaning is quite a hassle. I only drink espresso and use milk for latte on weekends for guests. And it still bothers me. LatteGo's milk system is innovative and easy to clean. Just throw the whole thing in dishwasher 4- I couldn't set the double espresso. The 1st time I did, measures were wrong. One year I'm trying to figure out how to do it and I can't figure it out. LatteGo you measure single espresso and double will be 2 times of that! Abomination! How can double espresso be 2 times the single shot? In Jura world they are completely unrelated. 5- The bean container is the craziest thing in this machine. It gives error when it's empty. I take the top off and it's full of beans! Sometimes the mesh prevents the beans to slide down. LOL. I have to give the beans a stir and they go down and make the sensor happy. Three years I used an $800 machine and didn't have any of these problems. The measuring of coffee can be either by ounce or custom. The menu is limited but easy to use. Milk frother is hassle free. I should have paid the $40 and stayed with my simple LatteGo which did exactly the same this one's doing. BTW the taste of espresso, richness and crema in both are the same. Quite simply put this piece of junk is not worth the $3000 (tax included) I paid. Go buy a LatteGo use it for 3 years then throw it out and get a new one. I bet it'll be cheaper than this and less trouble.

We love the coffee and are really enjoying the specialty drinks it makes. It is loud, but I think for it to grind and run it needs to make a little noise. It has been a nice way to wake up and easy to use

Not overly impressed. For a $3000 machine having to clean it every time you use it is just crazy, especially the milk intake.

I didn't want to love this coffee machine that much, but it truly makes a great cup of coffee. I upgraded from a Breville Nespresso, and I am glad I did. I had various espresso machines over the years, but my biggest issue was having one piece of equipment that does a great espresso, cappuccino, and a plain cup of coffee. The machine allows me to make all my favorite drinks with the push of a button without compromising the quality of the coffee. Easy to clean and maintain. I was afraid it would take forever to serve coffee when I am entertaining, but that is not the case. I take orders from my guests and make them exactly the coffee they want. The Z10 seems the ultimate model, but I could not justify an extra $1,000 for cold brew. I make a strong espresso and add ice cubes whenever I want a cold coffee, and I am a happy camper.

This machine is exquisite. It’s beautiful, quiet, and easy to use. II bought one of the cheaper competitor machines last year and had a nightmare in repairs needed…1 in 4 machines worked…so when my 20 year old S9 avantgarde finally failed, I decided I would fork over the money…. 100% wonderful! I’d like to replace that other competitor machine too…I’m sure I’ll get the opportunity as soon as it’s out of warranty.
