Great for kids. My 5 year old plays all the time. I was reluctant after the last version and the hand recognition was difficult. This was is better and it takes less time once they push a button to start. I still think they could make it quicker to play the song, it still goes through a series of prompts before actually saying play/start. Also more new songs would be great. Overall very kid friendly and the family enjoys playing it.

Bought this for a birthday present for my daughter who is eight years old. She really seems to enjoy it however most of the songs she doesn't know. I think I will still try to pick up one of the newer 2015 2016 versions because she does know more of the songs on those.

I bought this for my two daughters. They both love to dance so I thought I would give it a whirl. They like me to dance with them so it provides some entertainment! You will probably need an adult to run through the menus as they are too tricky for kids to figure out.

My wife and kids have a lot of fun with this game. It gets them up and moving and they have a blast doing it.

Great game for the Kinect. My boys love to play this and each have a favorite song.

My twins love this game because it can be played by both boys and girls and it's something they can agree on. The songs are current and the moves are fun.

My 5yr old nephew only really liked the yo Gabba gabba song and my 7 yr old niece thought some songs weren't cool enough. Songs are ok.

Bought this for my grand kids last Christmas and it has given them countless hours of fun and exercise over the year. Even the 2 year old dances and sings to the songs. It's so nice on rainy days when they are cooped up inside the house. It got scratched quite a bit and, I can't stress this enough people, I always purchase the Best Buy Protection Plan so when it stopped working a few weeks ago they replaced it with NO hassles.
