This was for a nephew, great gift, simple but with good quality.

We loved this little thing! It was a pretty fun family activity as this was purchased for my 5 year old and he couldn’t break it open alone. Both myself and my partner helped out. There is a small toy inside essentially an egg shaped chunk of chalk. He loves minecraft and was excited for his surprise toy inside. It’s a little bit of a struggle but I think it added to the excitement!

Kid had a fun time trying to get this open for over 30mins lol

These things are super hard so little kids beware! The plastic pickaxe may not do too much and will just get powder everywhere. Took mine outside and threw it against the ground and it broke open. Got a little Bee!

Great little surprise for my son. He loves Minecraft! My advice is to soak it in water for a bit and then take it outside and use a real hammer to break it open. Just be careful to not damage the figure.

This takes a while to break through to the toy inside, which is a good thing! Cute toy inside and the anticipation is a bonus. We got two of these and two different toys.....now if we could just get that gold one!

Fun activity for the little ones to dig into to receive a small Minecraft figurine. The digging and excitement of getting a new character is the best part to watch, however to the digging actually is. The price and availability of the product is poor. For what the actual toy is you pay too much. As far as accessibility, it's even worse. I went by 3 different Best Buys on my way to work and none of them had the item. Gamestop seems to be the most reliable in having them in stock.

Made a huge mess for a tiny toy. Had to shop vac entire dining room. Not worth it.

Great activity for the kids and even adults! You can be patient or get creative and smash your way through the bricks! Lots of fun!

Ive bought at least 6 of these and mainly gotten the same two characters. Fun but a little overpriced.

Not a bad item. However it can be messy. Definitely should be opened outside. The kids loved the whole process though
