    Do yourself a favor and check out this album from McMurtry. If you have never heard of him you should definitely begin to become acquainted with this Texas legend. My favorite tunes on this record are the title track (Just Us Kids), Cheney's Toy, Hurricane Party, the instumental Brief Intermission, and The Governor. Great boogie to most of the tunes and great politically charged lyrics make this album a must have for anyone (but especially anyone who considers themself a hippie). Enjoy!

    McMurtry is one of the greatest song writers alive, & plays a mean guitar. All his albums are fantastic.
