Even though Marvel's movies have dominated the box office, the venture by DC wasn't terrible. It was fun and a LOT less dark than BvS. The build up of the three newest members of the DCEU was almost nil--except for Cyborg who had an entire side story arc. But Flash had no motivation to join except that he was bored and Aquaman was reluctant most of the movie. Now, Aquaman was totally redeemed in his solo movie but it's still just a little late. DC has so much content but there's no vision, no reason behind the movies. They just kind of hodgepodge half-read source material and churn out (for the most part) merely mediocre movies that don't do their fans or their decades long history justice. However, I enjoyed Justice League and have put it in a few times just to have something fun on the TV while I'm doing other stuff around the house.

So I’ve now bought this movie twice and each time it’s come with three copies of the film (4k, blu ray, and digital). So technically I have six copies of a movie that barely deserves one based on quality of the film. But, that’s part of movie collecting to me. If you like and support DC and these characters plus you’re into steelbooks, that’s the kind of thing you end up doing. And it’s probably the last time we’ll see BatFleck which is a shame because Ben made a great Bruce/Batman.

This movie deserves better credit than it gets. I have to say the main reason I watch this is because it's my favorite actor to play the flash on which I dont know what the actors name is but all know is he plays the flash and looks better as flash than the tv series. Plus hes very funny just like the justice league cartoon. I also like this version of batman. As for superman. He does a better job the the original superman movie. The costume of batman in this movie reminds me of 1989 batman year one. Best batman costume ever.

This may not have been on the level of The Avengers, but it was still a fun movie. The lack of build up/origin stories did make it feel a bit shallow in terms of characters and their personalities, but it was still fun. The mustache CGI and villain were kind of laughable, but the overall movie was fun. This was on sale the other day and was an absolute bargain. As for the steelbook case -- I love it. It's pretty simple, but has character. I'd recommend this to those that like action and superheroes.

Thank GOD for 3D projectors! My 3D TV blew out and nobody makes 3D TV's anymore. (Bummer!) But, we bought a new 3D projector which delivers a stunning 100" image with a life size Batman swinging out into our livingroom thanks to JUSTICE LEAGUE 3D. The depth and life-like action proves again that 3D movies when done right, are straight up wicked! This film is 100% action packed 3D Fun!

I'm getting a little tired of movies that rely so much on CGI, and this movie relies on a lot of it...as most of these movies do. Yet, there was enough story, with Batman and Wonder Woman taking prominent roles, that made it more tolerable and I liked the movie. I suppose we'll always be subjected to these CGI movies, and many of them would never be made without it. And, of course, I love 3D for depth of scenes.

I have been waiting on the quality of special effects and costumes, for almost 40 yrs. So I find the silver lining in this movie, BUT, after everything that has come to light after the directorial transfer changed the direction that the storyline was headed, I was left wanting more of something else, that was scrapped for something more "Come On Get Happy!" - Release Snyder Cut Please!

This refreshingly action packed story of the wonderful DC Universe! What more can you want!? An amazing entry in the 4k Library that has enough action for the whole family thanks to standout performances, broad humor, and explosion, and wonderful 4k scanning. I highly recommend this movie if you are looking to add a new 4K blu ray to your collection

I have to say...Wonder Woman (and one particular fight scene in which they League has to bring a secret weapon to deal with a surprising foe) make the film worth it. DC just has not figured out how to weave the fight scenes together as well as the Marvel universe, but the movies are progressing. This one is worth the 4K upgrade for the right price.

As a child, my siblings were fans of DC Comics. I quickly learned that Superheroes are what life is about. I grew up watching Superman, Batman and several other characters on TV. I never thought I’d ever see such an incredible live action film such as Justice League. It is an incredible movie, and it looks amazing in 4K. I purchased one for myself, and five additional as gifts to my family.

I am not reviewing the movie or the transfer- that has been done enough. People either liked the movie or not. It has its flaws and a troubled production but it commemorated a team up that was long over do. The steelbook is super cool and looks awesom on any fan's shelf. Inside art is a bonus. You get both the 4k and the standard BD. Highly recommend for fans of JLA and steelbooks.

I know this movie got some knocks from the press and fans. But I actually liked this movie. The story line could have been weeded out a little more. But I liked action in it and the interaction between the heroes. I think the casting for each hero is really good. This is one of the better DC movies in my opinion.

There is no question. Too many dismiss DC movies as inferior to Marvel ones, and they have a valid point. Yet that does not mean the DC ones do not have appeal also. Folks forget the large number of stinkers Marvel made, and only give them credit for the successes. Cut DC some slack, as this is both fair and justified.

This movie highlights the need for a group of superheroes to protect Earth. Bringing various characters from the DC movies and introducing new ones, it shows the inherent weaknesses each one has had to overcome as well as overcoming the importance that a team requires. The plot might wear thin to some but overall this is a surprisingly enjoyable movie. Recommended.

The overall plot and action are awesome!!! The way it brings up certain parts of established DC comics lore is very good also. It sets up a great back story for when DC gets its act together does a Justice League vs. Darkseid movie. it also has 2-3 interesting scenes that add a couple extra layers to the story!

I know, I know, MOST of us did not care for this movie, however when I watched it again for the second time, months later, after watching Wonder Woman and Aquaman solo films, I have to say I appreciate the effort for this first go around in getting these heroes as a team. Hopefully they will attempt to re-do Lantern and somehow introduce Manhunter and go at it again.

Justice League was the most fun I had watching a Super Hero movie since The Avengers. However, it truly felt like a homage to those who grew up on animated DC shows such as Batman the Animated Series, Superman and Justice League as well as traditional Superhero films. Justice League shows a world that has lost hope since the events of Batman V. Superman and our heroes are searching the globe for other gifted individuals in the fight against the coming evil. Affleck does well as the seasoned yet troubled Dark Knight who is striving to right the wrongs of his previous outing. Wonder Woman is the Heart of the team who can encourage on a moments notice. The new comers, without ever being formerly introduced, take their screen time and shine. You would think that these characters had been in their own separate movies yet I have to give Snyder (and Whedon) credit for giving just enough for you to bond with these characters as they bond with each other. The soundtrack also ventures into a different yet familiar direction with Danny Elfman. Bringing back the iconic Batman and Superman themes of old as well as themes of wonderment feels gives you that traditional comic book movie feel. This is one area where it truly feels as though you are transported back in time to a DC series. The film itself looks gorgeous in 4K and to be honest the complaints about Superman's mustache and other CGI is a bit over the top. Unless I was told, I barely noticed it but the 4K really pops in this movie. The battles and sequences themselves are pretty spectacular and I enjoyed the treachery of the villain, Steppenwolf. I will also add, as someone who has watched the original Superman movies, Batman movies as well as DC, I was able to jump right in with these characters as they were portrayed. If you were a fan of these series and movies growing up, it will feel like being a kid in a candy store again. The streamlined nature of the film, the score and interactions of the characters really felt as though this was a homage to those growing up loving these characters. In my opinion, not every super hero franchise needs a throw-away movie just to introduce a character and Justice League proved that. Although more time in the movie could have fleshed out some scenarios, the movie was a solid popcorn superhero film that gives a content conclusion to the Snyder-verse trilogy.

If you're going into this movie with comparisons to the avengers, then you'll will not enjoy as you should. I really like the movie for what it was. I never read any of the comics so I wouldn't know if they follow any specific story lines. The visuals and audio are great on a 4k OLED tv and Bose soundtouch 300. Steelbook is a must for any collector.
