If your looking for great story and non stop action from the DC world then this is the blu-ray for you.

I was pleasantly surprised by the story and action in this movie. Plus, my son loved it!

I hated the last movie Justice League War so I was skeptical about this one going in, but I was pleasantly surprised and entertained. Where War had a horrible voice cast overall (how can you have bad acting with voiceovers?) with arrogant and hard to like "heroes" this go round the Justice League is much more likable and the changes to the cast were a huge improvement. The movie entertains and introduces a tough and warrior-like Aquaman (not the wimp from the 70s) and gives us a pretty good origin story for the character. I still prefer the Kevin Conroy era voices and the art from the old animated universe or the Batman/Superman 2-movie series, but the stuff here is still okay. The story works and there's bang for your buck, but it's not for younger kids if that's who you're buying it for (my 6 year old will have to wait). Not the best from DC which used to be top notch with very animated movie release (unlike their live action stuff compared to Marvel), but I guess that's due to the more Anime approach (ugh) and stories pulled from their new 52 story arcs (not impressed with the re-imagining overall). Still, it was fun and a huge improvement over War which flat out stunk.

Basically the same story as the live action aquaman movie just with the rest of the justice league present. Great DC animated film

This movie follows the Throne of Atlantis story line very well. Arthur is depicted faithfully to the way he is portrayed in the comics. The plot line is mostly the same, though a bit different based on him not being in the War movie. It is definitely targeted at a younger audience, but it is still enjoyable for an adult viewer who is willing to let their imagination run wild and watch superheroes do their thing.

This movie was pretty good. Had a lot of action and told a decent Aquaman origin story.

I had been looking for a blu ray/dvd HD download of Throne of Atlantis!!! But this amazing item comes with a copy of the actual hard copy TB.

Another movie in the New-52 series storylines. Anyone fond of Aquaman should like this

It is better than I thought. Good take on Aquaman. Good characters and origin story.

Can't wait for the next one, Aquaman rocks, never thought Aquaman was stronger than Superman wow what a mind freeze shut the front door.

Yeah I'm a comic book geek. Yes I think Aquaman sometimes sucks, but the new reimagined Aquaman from the New 52 I guess is here. And DC new take is pleasant and fun to watch. There's a precursor to this called Justice League War which should be watched before hand so you don't have to ask who's who in the context of the story. The new 52 cartoons are worth repeat watching I have to come to pleasantly discover.

Whoever came up with the idea of putting the comic book with the movie is a genius! It adds new levels to both the movie and the book.

The story of Atlantis is one of my favorite plus I like the ocean and the different sea creatures that live in the bottom of the ocean.

The story synopsis sounds great. I haven't seen it yet but it will be good if it's like all the other hero action movies.

I usually enjoy their animated films. This was not my favorite, but I did like it enough to buy it when it went on sale. I think you probably need to be a Aquaman fan, but i liked the story and the character design. I certainly like how the different films connect together. You don't need to see every movie but its cool if you like marathons of watching multiple films in a row.

The product is in great condition and comes with a blu-ray and dvd movie as shown, nice for your Personal build up collection.

You could definitely see remnants of the live-action movie in this animated feature. I really like what they've done with Aquaman.

My family and I are into DC and Marvel so we pretty much like anything related. The graphics in this are good and good story line.

This movie is a great outing for those wanting a animated take on Aquaman and his rise to the Atlantean throne. Great addition
