I didn't like the lack of a product Manual in the box.

Great help from Charity with the selection. We talked to her for ma few mintutes and new what we wanted and got us taken care of.

My old receiver was broken. The sales recommended this one and Geek Squad technician did the great installation

Great Radio, not as user friendly as my Pioneer was but i still like it and would recommend it.

This receiver provides the functionality of higher end recievers, but didn't work quite as well. The Bluetooth function was very finicky. The overall response of the receiver to user touch was delayed.

It's an ok radio but the screen is intermittent but always works when trying to show Best Buy the problem. Guess I'll just wait until it goes completely out then maybe I can get it replaced.

I was told the wrong info by a BB Employee. It doesn't have a remote nor will my existing back up camera work. Of course One does not know that until the unit is already installed

I buy JVC for my Mustang and I can't wait to get in my car to hear this system

Quality stereo with quick and easy Bluetooth connection.

A little hard to set up at first but works excellent.

This radio is great except really difficult to sync and mirror with the samsung s7.

Interface is laggy, functional but not the greatest. Maestro is terrible with this unit

This unit replaces my original Ford SYNC system with CD changer and radio. The owners manual contains instructions for at least 3 different models (not all characteristics are shared) and is confusing at times, to say the least. Pairing my newer Samsung Android phone has resulted in either NO connection, or very poor reception/transmission/performance. I KNOW they were paired however, because it works--occasionally. I will need to spend more effort and time with this in order to try and get it right, as I am accustomed to using ONLY the Bluetooth feature for my in-car calls. The touch screen is not consistently responsive, at times requiring either a very light touch or a high-pressure "push". I also purchased options that (theoretically) would enable this unit to be compatible with the car's steering wheel controls and inputs, however the inputs (USB and 1/8" stereo plug) clearly are not operational. I will need to take my car back to The Geek Squad in order to determine (if possible) what is needed in order to make these operational. Overall, this was an unsatisfactory purchase.

Not really impressed by this stereo. Could definitely pay more to get something better.
